I haven't gotten anything official but you're better off calling your rep and then send an email to confirm the change as well. I always make sure to get things in email form because the reps turnover way too much to just have a phone call agreement.

LOL figures my rep is on vacation the next few days just as the forms went out

My renewal package link just came yesterday so if you didn’t receive it I would reach out. I guess all info or alterations are due by Feb 24th FYI.

Pens fan here. Do the Devils still provide actual print tickets?

If so, and if Crosby nets his 500th goal in Sunday's game, I'd be interested in acquiring a ticket from Sunday's game for my collection. If you're going and don't plan on saving the ticket and program (or if you'll have a spare you'd be willing to part with), please IM with details.

So I have a stub for this game but it has the rescheduled date on it. Barcodes are still good.

Hah. I forgot this game was rescheduled. These covid-rescheduled games are going to make things difficult for anyone trying to track down a ticket of a player's debut or milestone during one of those games. Will message you.

Not really much different other than I guess scaling back from proof of vaccination to a negative test option

I opted out for next year! Feels pretty good. Next year I can just go whenever and pay less and waste nothing like this year. Perks aren't bad if you can actually make half of the games. So I'm not encouraging anyone not to renew. The team needs our support!

Received this yesterday. Why should I be surprised? Of course the e-mail correspondence says to call if I have any questions. Yeah, no thanks. Don't offer the tickets with this kind of bullshit marketing practice. I'm not interested in dealing with any sales rep.

I got the same offer and I have season tickets, just put a bs number down if you don't want them calling.

I was a STH for 5 years but gave them up for a number of reasons so unfortunately they have my number. The idea though that an e-mail I received about 3 hours before I opened it and there are no seats available already is suspect at best. It's garbage like this that keeps me using the StubHub plan and saving a fortune.

Hi everyone , I'm taking my 6 yo daughter to her first game in March.

Can someone please confirm that section 19 is all inclusive buffet ? Is the buffet any different food than in section 8? Or same food selection ?

Why are seats in section 8 more expensive than 19? Row 4 is almost 50% more expensive in section 8 than 19.

Any other differences between those two sections ?

Thanks !

They’re the same, both have access to the all inclusive clubs at the top of the section. Row 4 in section 8 is more expensive because the bottom 5ish rows of section 8 have access to the platinum lounge below the section.

The food in the regular clubs is pretty terrible at this point and they’re way overcrowded for the price. The platinum lounge has much higher end food, including sushi. Although you don’t have the standard burgers/hot dogs/soda/ice cream options down there, so keep that in mind of you’re bringing your daughter.

Thanks so much for your reply. In section 19, do the rows start at 3? I'm unable to find any seats in rows 1 or 2.

So no fast food for kids in the platinum lounge ? That won't be good for my daughter then.

I’m not sure if there are rows 1 or 2. No fast food in the platinum lounge, but you’ll also have access to the regular club at the top of the section so you can go to both.

Thanks for all of your replies. I'm torn on this regular Club vs Platinum. I called the Box office and they said if you have Platinum seats, you don't have access to the regular Club.
And he said they do have "stadium food" for kids in the Platinum lounge.
So what should I do? Puzzled.

He’s not right on that. You have access to both the Platinum Lounge and the regular club. I would ask the Devils ticket office directly instead of the box office.

There’s no regular stadium food in the Platinum Lounge that I’ve seen (I was down there twice in the last month), but you can 100% just walk up to the regular club for it. I don’t think he gave you accurate information, he may be confusing the club names.

I think you are correct that he didn't know.
I'll call the ticket office, thanks.

Thanks for your help. I was able to buy seats in Section 19, row 4.
I confirmed with the Ticket Office that my daughter and I can go to the M Lounge as well as the regular Club Lounge.
Thanks!

M Lounge is much better than the standard clubs. The only thing the standard club has that M Lounge doesn’t is ice cream.

Best entrance on game day is the VIP East entrance on Mulberry. Go through security and hook a left walk about 100 feet or so and M Lounge will be on your right.

Does anyone know the name of the supervisor of the account reps? I’m going through a major issue related to renewal and despite numerous requests and several promises, have not heard from the supervisor.
