Well, if he scored 5 points it would have still been not as many as he could have scored in the game given all the chances he had.

I thought the knee looked fine, as he seemed to have no issues cutting hard. Guess it wasn't as serious as I thought he wasn't due back for another 4-5 weeks, will be interesting to see how he does the rest of the season as he reminds me a lot of Celebrini so as a Habs fan that could be looking at another possible top 5 pick this summer I'm hoping for more forwards to step up this year so the Habs have to take BPA and not go for size and position.

Not a great game for him, at least by the vid shared. Great skating, but very shaky on the puck, trying to dangle too much, and some dangerous high turnovers. A handful of nice passes. the 1A was because he bungled the puck and his teammate picked it up and scored. It'll be interesting to track him as he returns from the injury.

He toys with MHL defenders. It’s not even fair.

Love the highlights, have always loved his skill. But sure hope we see an extended run against older competition this year.

I think we've got to ask if there's a reason why we so often talk about how many more points Demidov could have had.
you cant score on every chance. you can say the same thing about every great player in the NHL, good players generate more chances but if you only look at how times theyve missed the net every player looks like a bag of shit

it's clear he needs to add some strength and grow into his lanky frame some as you can see how easy it is to push him off balance. But he reminds me a good bit of Celebrini but on the wing and the tools are more raw still

Agreed, he isn't very strong on his skates and his shooting could use some work. He doesn't generate much power on his one-timers and seldom do you see him pick corners. It's one of the weaknesses I don't mind prospects having, especially if their speed is already average.
