Maybe putting Muzzin on LTIR for the rest of the season a la Mark Stone and spending his money to fill out the team is the best way to approach this.

Brooks was placed on injured reserve on January 20th. His last game played was 0n the 15th on a conditioning loan which he was relieved from on the 16th.

This might mean he's eligible to be LTIR'd in the meantime.

It's not so much stock piling forwards, some of us just have an issue that Adam Brooks on the 4th line can probably out score Kerfoot on the second line over 82 games. I mean can you blame people for wanting another forward for the top 6 so we can move Kerfoot back down?
