Ugh, again with the line juggling!

Christ, I am fairly sure one of the reason we can't make good plays and look sloppy a lot of the games is due to the fact you can't get chemistry going if you are constantly juggling the lines.

Just let them be for a few games to gel for God's sakes!

Predicting a 6-4 loss. Goals coming from Condra, Silfverberg, O'Brien and Benoit. Turris 2 helpers.

I'll take Volchenkov back anytime.

Take him. For nothing. Please. Like the guy as a person, and he's certainly willing to do anything for the team and I admire that. He's just not good anymore. His style of play has caught up with him.

FWIW, if the Devils play anything like the last two games, expect poor defensive coverage with lots of back-and-forth, few whistles, and almost no neutral zone play. Seriously. The Flyers announcers the other day were talking about having to slow the game down...

I might just be speaking for myself here... but I think coaching and line juggling is the least of this team's worries.

Now, on December 30, 2006, Elias Sports Bureau reported that 32 players scored their first career goal on Marty. Since that point…

Tomas Fleischmann (2-24-2007)
Darren Haydar (10-13-2007)
Marc Staal (11-14-2007)
Keith Aucoin (1-10-2008)
Brian Boyle (2-2-2008)
Ryan Carter (2-8-2008)
Kyle Okposo (3-21-2008)
Martins Karsums (4-3-2009)
Christian Hanson (4-7-2009)
Matt Gilroy (10-10-2009)
Tim Kennedy (10-28-2009)
Carl Gunnarson (1-29-2010)
Zack Boychuk (2-13-2010)
Jordan Caron (10-16-2010)
Andrew Gordon (12-21-2010)
Zac Dalpe (1-1-2011)
Ryan McDonagh (4-9-2011)
Matt Read (10-8-2011)
Mark Flood (11-5-2011
Brendan Gallagher (1-27-2013)
Robert Bortuzzo (2-2-2013)

Which Senators player is joining this list tomorrow?

Fun fact, Malkin is the only player that scored their first goal on Brodeur that has had over 75 goals as of Dec 30, 2006. I think Fleischmann and Okposo surpassed it though.

Gilroy?

I suppose if he scored these guys could. Our list of career goalless Senators:

Andre Benoit*
Eric Gryba
Pat Wiercioch
David Dziurzynski
Derek Grant

*Benoit ripped off by refs earlier this year vs. MTL.

Sometimes watching a game from up top can help a player more than hurt... Not a big deal.

Its a rebuilding year right? Why take out a 19 yr old whos part of our future..Let him learn gain experience same for Wier...

Maybe he is injured... or tired... or needs a wake up call... or smells funny.

Zibanejad has not had a good game in awhile.

And tomorrow?

It's a compressed season, players going in and out of the lineup was to be expected. Not only that, but rookies rarely stay in the lineup for every game unless they really impress, which no one really has this year (not that they've been bad though).

Whats wrong with saying let the kids play and learn?

Wier and Zibby should play every game..Like really Daug? Please.

It was jokes, man. Jokes.

In any case, I care about Zibby's development. I could give two turds about Daugavins' development. If the reigning Jack Adams runner-up thinks this is best for Zibs to sit a game out to get his head straight, who am I to question him?
