Could also be like 8-0-1 or something better. Its really the difference between winning an OT game and holding onto a third period. LA, BOS, EDM, and TOR all coming up on the schedule will matter a ton. You really need to also start considering that we only play Philly once more. If they don't cool down, that 0-0 SO loss is going to haunt us hard.

My biggest fear is Lou doubling down on the 4th line and Lambert, when in reality I think those parts are holding us back and hard. I really like Horvat and Barzal. This really is the first time I can safely say that we have a top 6 that's extremely good.
Everything can always be better...

What do you mean by your biggest fear being Lou "doubling down" on the 4th line and Lambert? The 4th line is not going anywhere this year and Lambert will either remain head coach or will get fired. There's nothing to "double down" on...

Last thing I want to see is Cal or Martin sticking around. Cal is fine but 1 year and nothing longer.

Lambert gotta be more aggressive in the third than being lazy. Isles are actually very good when aggressive.

Fears being realized in real time. Isles have surrendered their seventh! :sarcasm:

We need bodies.
I guess Lou is taking that literally… what with going to the morgue to acquire Bortuzzo. :sarcasm:

kinda always thought bortuzzo was a pain in the ass in a good way. can he still play?
We'll find out soon enough. Here's our rubber bands and duct tape D:

Romanov - Dobson
Reilly - Mayfield
Bolduc - Bortuzzo

Happy to see Lee is playing well as of late but still don’t think he’s the long term solution on the top line. I’d love to see them add a guy like Duclair at the TDL if we’re still right in the mix.

Apparently, Poolparty is ready to get back into hockey. He has the green light for full contact. Do we sign him? He plays a 2-way game....maybe we can see if a fire can be set under his butt?

With their two best defenders down, Lou has to bring in a top-4. When healthy, they needed another top-4. They are in the thick of the race, nearly 30 games in.
