Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Here are the results. 66 people responded in total (I excluded that Oilers fan). Even the answers that were outside of the rules, I made conform so that the vote counted. In most case, this was just by reducing a score to 3 or averaging them out to total 10 instead of an incorrect amount.

The biggest surprise for me is how high Montreal scored. I figured them and Toronto would be hated about equally.

Leafs haven't had any playoff history with the Rangers in 50 years, Montreal has a very recent playoff history with the Rangers. Plus our games have never really been heated or have had much of a rivalry, if anything the games are generally pretty entertaining between the two teams.

My own hatred of the Leafs clouds my expectations, I guess. Had I not imposed the restrictions I did, my entire list would of just been 10 points to Toronto.

Honestly, outside of HF I would wager the average Rangers fan probably has no opinion of the Leafs or maybe a slight dislike at most.

I personally hate Pittsburgh a smidge more than NJD or NYI, but this feels representative of the fanbase at large.

I'm surprised as well at the Habs hate. I dunno, there team is actually the kind of hard working underdog type team I like to root for. I'll bet it has to do with some of their "know it all" fan base who think they invented the game of hockey.
The Leafs hate I'll bet also comes more due to their obnoxious fan base who think every player that doesn't have the last name Mattews, Marner or Reilly stinks...lol

LOL at their fan base complaining about the refs for their loss tonight. They had 5 f***ing PP's and scored on none of them while we scored on 2 of our 5...f*** them!
It's shit like this for me from back in the 80's when my extreme hatred for them began because they always made excuses for them losing to us on the rare occasions back than when we did beat them.
Now days due to their inferiority complex with us, even when we beat them fair and square like tonight, they still make BS excuses.
Just wait my younger Ranger fan brothers in here who didn't vote for the Islanders as the most hated team we have, once we play them in the playoffs which I'm confident will occur in the not too distant future, the stinking Philes will slowly but surely become your most hated team as the excuses losing to us will continue from their insecure fan base and they will never give credit where credit is due.
I for one am so f***ing happy we beat them these past two games as it's made their fan base so miserable. Can't wait till next week when we play them again as I'm supremely confident Georgie will lay down the kryptonite once again vs them miserable SOB's and can't wait to read the excuses this time as we beat them again!....

For those under the age of 35 watching or attending the game last night, you got a little taste of how intense the rivalry between the Rangers and Islanders was in the late 1970s and 1980s.

Been a Rangers fan since about 1995 or so. My father is a fan going back to the 60's. That being said, my most hated teams growing up were the Flyers and Devils.
