Bolts looking good tonight. Samsonov gets beat 3 goals on 4 shots, in fairness two sweet shots by Kucherov on the powerplay but 14 goals against in 3+ games not good. 3-1 over the Leafs after one. And Barré-Boulet has a goal.

I'm sure you meant Samsonov.

Leafs savior Ryan Reaves played 5:06 tonight, 8 shifts. He can't be trusted to play a regular shift. 3 year contract for a 36 year old player who can't play

I view that deal as basically a 1x4M deal designed for cap circumvention haha, I assume he's LTIR the next 2 years

He basically adds a bit of protection and allows the Leafs to still give extra time to their better players by taking a shift here and there from him.

However, not entirely sure he's useful enough to play even 8 minutes a game in the playoffs.

Tampa gave up 53 shots to Leafs last night. Don't sound like them. Played a lot of hockey last 3-4 years, maybe getting to them.

Leafs had just given up a couple of powerplay goals and there was Reaves high sticking someone in the head. It was blatant and there was no call, Cooper was furious. Didn`t see RR much after that.
