The Habs ruined him, deal with it. But this has nothing to do with the way the Habs dealt with him. :thumbu:
Galchenyuk scored (or was on pace) for minimum 40 points for every season with us and was producing closer to 50 towards the end. After we traded him, he had one year of having 40 points (where half of it was from the PP) and then following years he was a tweener.

We didn't ruin him, he ruined himself.

oh yeah it was the Habs who turned him into a coke head or cut out a piece of his brain making him a low IQ doorknob

Can’t fix stupid…

When all's said and done with his career wrapped up, hopefully for Galchenyuk he makes it out alive and mentally sound - I expect to learn he had Alexandre Daigle syndrome (was only playing hockey to appease his fathers wishes / bread earner for the family)

Man
Talk about that 2012 draft lmao
I can't believe what became of Yakupov, Murray and Galchenyuk
Alex has especially proven to be quite the colossal disappointment on and off the ice lol
Grow up you f***ing idiot, wow
Can't think of a worse top 3 in recent years.
Usually there's at most one, rarely two disappointments in the top 3.

All three will be out of the league by their thirties while accomplishing nothing of significance.

He absolutely did.

And again, if they didn’t believe in him they should’ve trade him.

Stop trying to make excuses for a terrible mgmt group.
Just like AKos, bottom line was Galchenyuk was a mental midget unable to learn & execute what he was taught.

As numerous coaches / management mentioned (Habs & non Habs), “he keeps nodding his head he understands what’s been explained, but when time comes to execute… he hasn’t understood & can’t”

Where there’s a will there’s always a way…stop making excuses for a weak minded fool - hard work & hunger will always win out. (Mod)

Which is why Asian kids in general dominate STEM programs … extreme drive, work ethic, hunger, and fear of failure, the key ingredients for success in any walk of life

In your head
A fake power skating coach revealed everything 3 weeks ago on tik tok.

This is B.S, I can somehow believe that he fooled Alex and his agency about the power skating, but then I watched the next video, where he's talking about faking his own death, he called his mom who was part of the plan, like every guest, excluding Alex, who came and cried on his coffin and told everyone that the fake dead guy, was someone special for him... Come on guys.

There’s no excuse.

Our GM sat there and talked about how no centers were available while playing this guy on the third and playing DD on the first. He could’ve used him as trade bait.. There’s no way to sit there and defend MB on this.

He was always known as not being the sharpest tool in the shed, just like Nathan “keg stand” Beaulieu …

Dipsy doodling is fine & dandy but it’s a team game and best players tend to have off the shelf learning ability to go with varying levels of “pure skill”.

Once you recognize a prospect lacks the ability to translate learning-to-execution need to cut the chord
Wtf are you saying? What does that have to do to anything we are discussing here?

Tbh he's a comic, he also made one where he claims he's a grandfather at 40 years old and that he came up with the idea of Avatar in 1992. It's just funny this trended on tik tok 3 weeks ago and now we got this news of Galchenyuk.
I got tricked

The Habs did Galchenyuk no favors, but we simply lack the information to know to what extent he's responsible.

It's easier to blame the Habs because we know more about what they did.
