At the end my anger over Matt Murray blocking the trade isn’t even about the great return. It’s that I know I‘m getting a shitty Matt Murray level goalie anyway without the great return. So really it’s back on Adams again. Hope he enjoyed his couple hours out of my doghouse on goalie.

If he would get an actual starting caliber goalie I wouldn’t care about not getting the return to take a bad one. At all.

I’d trust Jeffery Dahmer to babysit my kids before I trust Adams to get a good goalie. Dahmer didn’t have eat every person he met.

Don’t fret over Ottawa until they are actually better then us when we are good. In two years when he leaves for free agency, we’ll start being good, and I doubt highly he’s going to resign in Ottawa. That 7th overall will be more help to them when we are contending

I doubt they make that type of acquisition. To be honest; I wouldn't expect much more than a goalie or defensemen acquisition; via trade or free agency.
