My only gripe with the Wild RR is that they shoud have gotten more creative with some type of shoulder patch.

Chicago and Detroit...

Same with the Blue Jackets and Stars...

Well they just flipped the last RR jersey, of course it's gonna be good. I'm definitely getting Boldy.

And the wait for the black jersey continues.
Doesn't that just make it "retro"?

I'm very glad these don't have black, and I think they look pretty good. I liked the others better, but I'm pleasantly surprised.

*edit* I love the Capitals, Rangers, Lightning, and Islanders. Makes me feel like I'm playing NHL 96-98 again. Also love the Nashville ones. Long live the Mustard Tiger! I also love that this edit makes it look like TaLon and AKL liked this part.

I just think black is overdone. It's not one of the team colors, so I'd rather not have one. It seems too many teams that don't have black as a team color has had a black sweater. I just prefer teams stick to their colors.
They made the Black History Month jerseys look great, so I’m optimistic about an alternative color scheme. I would like to see them deviate from the bear head logo, though.

They can use black all they want on a practice jersey, I just don't want to go with not using a team color and end up looking just like everyone else. There's 9 black RR jerseys already. JMO

I like MTL's. Leafs went traditional, but then you're starting with something so good, why not? Detroit's is awful. Like Seattle's, NYR, LAK - is that Miami top left? Don't mind it, or TBL, for some reason. Ours is decent, but not breaking any new ground.

I wonder if there's a chance they rebrand to the lighter green and yellow full time? Doing both the RR's like this now gives you an idea of what a home and away set would look like. I know it's probably just a cash grab because people are nostalgic over them, but outside of that it seems a little weird to do BOTH like that (as it's not technically even a retro for our franchise, but a different franchise altogether) unless you're trying to gauge reception/sentiment/sales.

Minnesota: We are the State of Hockey with a rich history of professional and semi-professional hockey teams.

Also Minnesota: We only care about the North Stars.

The North Stars are a big part of that history. I was gutted when they were stolen.

As for being the State of Hockey, that was never just professional or semi-professional, that's even more about amateur levels from peewee through college as well.

Minnesota should borrow from the Millers or the Fighting Saints. The Fighting Saints have a long tradition in Minnesota.

They didn't. This one is good. I'm sure in the future they'll revisit the millers or saints again.

There's always a future jersey money grab coming.
Meh, this one is boring. It took like 5 seconds to make. There was no creativity.

I'd rather have something that looks good without being overly creative than something like what Colorado, Columbus, Calgary did. I think we learned last year too that trying to be too creative ends up in bad looking jerseys.

BAM!! What this guy said. I'm still gutted and I'm not sure I'll ever get over it. But oh well, right?

I'm still gutted that the Wild did pretty much the same thing to the Aeroes, but eh -

Like in football and in any other sport, pre-season doesn't matter.
