I am constantly checking as well. Living in NS, it is hard to get the news u guys get in Edmonton. I am going to Montreal Feb 5th weekend to see Oilers-Habs. For the love of God, he has to be playing.
I sure miss Klefbom as well

Many here have been referring to him as PakMan for a long time. It's the obvious choice and just has a better ring to it than your typical hockey add ons like Paksy or Pakster. I kind of like Paka-Rhine-Stone-Cowboy but that is a mouthful and I accept it will never catch on.
Regarding McDavid, would it be too much to ask for the City to have a mandatory holiday complete with celebrations and events the day he returns?

Its nice knowing that Yak and Mcdavid are close but I really wish they would tell us something about Klefbom. It would suck if he ends up missing the majority of this year. He has dealt with injury before, hope its not going to be a normal thing.
His backhand is terrible, and he can barely hit the net from just beyond the faceoff circles.
Calling it now, he's a bust.

They updated Klefbom a few days ago...kind of.
Hand is healed, but he suffered some sort of 'lower-body' injury while rehabbing, and is not expected back 'in the short term.' So I'd assume at least after the All Star break for him.

Trying a bit too hard with the nickname. That's almost Chris Berman-esque. But if you slip the nickname to Kevin Quinn try to convince him he came up with the name. Then you are golden! Those on air guys like to be seen as clever.
Man those sportsnet guys tried and tried with that wagon line.
Pakman fits. I guess. That's the thing with nicknames, they just gotta feel right.
