Just finished e10 of House of Dragon .. I like it for the most part. Solid 7/10, B range. Looking forward to S2

andor - im excited to start this. Heard its rewarding to power through and watch the first 4 episodes in a row.

IIRC correctly I enjoyed episode 9 over episode 10 for House of Dragon. The ending for the finale was pretty meh. Thought they should have ended it after the dragons scene instead of the Rhaenyra scene. It just felt rushed at the end. Really enjoyed the first season though. It was a fun watch.

I thought the Chrisleys were Nick Swardson doing a bit, like Jack Black as The Fatties in Tropic Thunder

Barbarian - horror/thriller on netflix. Decent flick, some good gore mixed in but not nearly as good as the 92% rotten tomato score but it was like a 7/10 for me.

I really liked it - one of those where it’s best not to know anything about the plot.
Love going in “blind” to a great movie. I despise trailers….they give away an absurd amount of info in movies. I’ll usually watch the first 30 seconds of a big movie then close my eyes lol….

Greatest “blind” movie of my life….when my buddy and I went into an unknown midnight movie at Fair Oaks……Friday. Never laughed so hard in a theater…..

Missed a good night of hockey to go catch Black Panther Wakanda Forever. Ryan Coogler did a great job capturing the sadness of Chadwick Boseman’s passing while simultaneously moving the franchise towards the future. I highly recommend going to see it in theaters if you’re a Marvel fan. The action scenes and music are best to be seen on the big screen with surround sound.

Oh my you two ( @ILikeYouDoYouLikeMe )…..just finished it…….wow! Barbarian was a little low budget horror gem. First 30, I was a little bored, then She appears. Finished very strong!
okay f*** it, I guess let's do it.

I'm a little late in my night and a little drunk to be doing this with the intention of finishing it but that's a lot of recommendations so here we go

How’d it turn out for you?
I could feel myself fading so I turned it off right around the time I expected the setup to be over, but I'm liking it.
Basically watched until the morning started and she leaves the house. Weird seeing Bill Skarsgard being charismatic and not, like, spitting all over himself in clown makeup

okay that, uh, maybe wasn't the setup. hot damn

You basically got to the part I was bored with and playing Hearthstone at the same time….it gets wild after that. And when a famous actor shows up in the next “act”, I was even more confused. I’m thinking is this an anthology or what, and that was a little story? Nope….just a slow setup…

the next jump back in time was even more jarring

that was really good and almost impossible to predict, and way more emotional than it really had the right to be

Glad you all liked it! It’s a great “WTF is happening?!” movie.

Not sure if I was overthinking (read: stoned) when I watched it - but I wonder if the title comes from the letters in AirBnB.

Though it can obviously refer to different things in the movie primarily.

Lol at the end I said to myself out loud….”wtf is going on!?”……..

we‘re probably overhyping it for some here now. For what it is, a low budget horror, it’s a lot of fun and surprisingly unpredictable.
