This list is basically ass hurt fans of opposing teams complaining. Doughty is #2 overrated but was voted one of the top 5 best defensemen in the league by actual NHL players, just shows must fans don't know anything and many congregate on this site! And Fleury #3 overrated is ridiculous, one of the top goalies of all time.

Based on 893 fan votes. ALL with HFBoard accounts.

All overrated but most fans would be happy to have them on their teams. Draisaitl at 3.

I wish the All Star game was picked by players and coaches honestly.

Vegas still not close to being healthy and they have been on a massive tear the last 20. Once they get healthy they will completely walk the Pacific. And that doesn't even include Eichel who will be back next month too.

Once they are healthy they're gonna be like 20 million over the cap though lol

Haha, it'll be interesting to see what they do. I think Dadonov is gone along with someone else. I could see Pacioretty get the Kucherov treatment. Pacioretty was f***ing ridiculous before getting injured, he was on another planet.

Am I the only one who isn't scared of a Vegas who is suddenly top-heavy and shallow on depth?

After Eichel, one or two injuries and they're absolutely toast, and I trust Kopitar-Danault to just clown Eichel-Karlsson-Stephenson. Sure they're high octane offense coming from the backend but I don't see them being as invincible as folks think, especially with Lehner's inconsistencies.

Vegas is the real deal, I put them in the TB bracket before they won it all. Gotta lose a little to win it all. 3 of their first 4 years they made the final four. They've been playing lots of rookies and extras and haven't slowed down. I think 5 players have scored their first career goal this season.

I expect Eichel to be in one hell of a mood when he's back after how it ended in Buffalo. Stepenson should be their 1/2C so Karlsson as 3C is tremendous depth.

Lehner up until a couple weeks ago before he got injured was one of the top performing goalies in the league, I see a lot of Quick in him.

They have been nowhere near healthy or full capacity this season and are a couple points out of the top spot in the west and have a very strong goal differential even with their defense struggling. I think DeBoer has done a masterful job managing that team with all the injuries and absences they've had.

I'd expect Vegas to walk all over the Kings in a series but the Kings are just starting their upward journey so it's not even worth comparing. I'd be fine with it because it would mean the Kings made the playoffs and took a big step.

I was reading the Oilers board. Nuclear meltdown in progress.

I imagine if we had the last 20ish games to start our season and then the losing streak we had at the start right now, it would look the same here and I"d be leading the parade haha.

probably fair, I just don't see them as walking the other big dogs. They're in that tier for sure but I think they're the most expose-able of the TBL/Florida/Carolina group and I'd actually take STL Caps Avs and maybe even Nashville over them too. I think they lost a lot of their magic when Fleury left even with Lehner being awesome.

I just see them as prone to higher highs and lower lows than just about any other team and I don't trust them to avoid the 'lower lows' for all four rounds against good teams.

What the hell happened to Calgary?? I know some of that is just raw 'fewer games' but they've got the worst record in the last 10 next to seattle (2-7-1).

I expect them to come up a bit and SJ to go down a bit, don't know how they're hanging around with their shit goal differential.

I'm very excited that the Kings have had amongst the toughest strength-of-schedules so far, you can see it starting to hit these other teams now too.

I know Kopitar's inconsistency can drive people nuts, but when people point out "bad" leaders or players who don't expect more out of themselves, I'd take a look at a player who doesn't backcheck and replies with "I don't know what to tell you."

Edit: this is not to say McDavid will always be a bad leader, but these are cues for bad leadership to me
