A key piece to the Islander dynasty of the early 80’s.

He was a bull in a China shop when he got going. Blue collar guy who gave his heart and soul on the ice. Great power forward during his time.

The Ducks didn't give them an early pp for them to take the lead, and managed to kill all 7 pp. Hedman also wasn't left open on multiple occasions to score, or given a breakaway goal either. Zero shots for him. I think playing with 6 defensemen really messed Tampa up tonight.
