Laamarillo is a real GM, Blake is a wannabe GM. Blake has many weaknesses and one of them is the loyalty he has to Todd.

If I was a team owner, Id give the season ticket holders the right to vote on confidence in the GM and coach that is visible to the public... with weight given to the 300 sections. Votes taken once a month... that ought create some accountability and transparency

Had to google that.. Ok Bandit you are officially a star wars nerd. Daisy Ridley or Natalie Portman that is the question.
 
2 more assists for Faber. Now tied for third in scoring among all rookies. 2 points ahead of Doughty.

Whether or not he would have had the same opportunity in LA (isn't that part of the problem?), the Kings have traded away a lot of talent to find themselves in pretty much the same position as before.

Like bland said before, no Kings GM has done less with more.

With two assists today, Brock Faber has equalled the total of 27 points scored by Drew Doughty in his rookie year.

And every time I read the "yeah, but"s I can't help but think that somebody couldn't find all the wrong things in a Highlights magazine. That is EXACTLY the problem. They completely screwed up an opportunity to have an exciting, young, aggressive team with a FUTURE and shit tons if cap space in favor of maintaining something that had already proven to be over.

Just outright stupidity.

If you add the IQ of luc and blake you maybe could get a 20 watt bulb to flicker. It keeps getting stupider. What was the first mistake? Rebuilding around 8,11,32. 2nd? Letting DD dictate the pace of the rebuild... and fallout from that is the rest of it... and it keeps getting worse with PLD being so egregiously moronic that its completely undigestible by the team or by any PR to cover for it. Luckily national guys like Ray Ferraro arent going to pretend along with this mess. Eventually momentum will build against them to the point where someone above will pay attention. Its just way too slow to prevent further disastrous decisions that will be forthcoming.
