Ottawa only has 1 million in cap space. The Kings would have to retain 50% for all outgoing contracts to possibly make it work. Would the Kings even have the cap space to ice 18 skaters and 2 goalies when Arvidsson comes back if they retained that much? Shows how poorly both team have managed cap the last 2 years.
