Material Breach of Contract looks like a likely outcome.

Normally, there is a requirement of placing the player on $100 unconditional waivers for the purpose of contract termination.

The one exception is breach of contract, which can be satisfied by regular waivers.

Rags now have every option available to them, including termination, provided they have documented the breach.

What they really need is a third-party experts to come in and figure out what the hell is happening in that organization like yesterday!

The PA is pretty consistent about standing up for the players, even the jerks. But I don't think they get involved unless the Rangers deliberately avoid letting him work at all. Being taxi squad is still technically a role to be filled.

Yeah but taxi squad still practices doesn't it? "Not being around the team or players" seems like something else.
 
He seems like a crappy teammate, so pass, we don’t need bad characters on this team, been there done that with Khristich’s and Smyth’s. I personally couldn’t care less about anyone’s politics and neither should the Kings. I wish athletes would keep their politics to themselves but it’s kind of funny how much of a one-way street it is as far as having political views. Terrifying to me how much people hate other people for their political views. But that is prob a discussion for another time.

There’s nothing political about being a bigot. His political leanings are just the icing on the cake for some.

Amen, you don't need to go anywhere near any of his politics to discuss how aggressively belligerent he was even with fans. And then deleting his main account and putting together a burner account just to continue harassing those he disagreed with? Trash can.

The guy is a head case all around and you don't have to disapprove of his voting record to see it.

I hesitate to outright condemn someone on a public forum I’ve never met, but I’ve never seen such a slam dunk case in recent memory.

And @Herby, wasn’t chastising you at all. Just happened to quote you. Upon reread it comes off that way a bit.
 
The North division is reincarnating the 80s. I know there's a thread on the main board picking apart the West but the North just looks like they're all easy outs with MTL looking like the only 'complete' team (though Canucks, TO could make some moves).

So I was literally just trying to count sheep in bed, and for no reason my mind drifted to 1) Kelly’s Heroes and 2) Fury.

And hopped back on here to read that.

No, you're right in quoting Herby.

He forgot to mention the bigotry from TD and pivoted to greivance "politics".. But I guess that's where the country is right now.
