Look let's not beat around the bush: Anthony DeAngelo is a loud and proud racist and white supremacist and we have a diverse organization. There's literally no one I'd rather have less than DeAngelo. He's a locker room cancer.

It’s really tragic. Potomski was said to have died from a heart attack, and Potvin sadly committed suicide. What some former players go through post retirement is just so sad, like what’s happening to Joe Murphy and Matt Johnson. I wish the league and the PA took better care of them, but I also understand the difficulty in trying to help someone who constantly rejects a helping hand.

I got to meet Joe Murphy last summer. Very sad case. Living in Saskatoon at a sleezy Motel. Had a black eye when I spoke to him. He could hold a conversation for a short while and completely go off topic with a line of jibberish.

However he was a very nice guy. I told him he had a hole in the pocket of his track pants and was going to lose his money and he tried giving me the money. I convinced him to keep his money and started talking hockey with him. He recalled some of the Edmonton players but only said short sentences about them.

I know some of my friends tried taking him food and clothes but he refused any charity.

I have not seen him in the last half a year so I hope all goes well. I know we all love the big hits and the fights but it was a reminder on the negative effects that can happen.

Guessing the Rags will attempt to terminate DeAngelo’s contract and he’ll be playing in the KHL soon enough.

Dude sounds like a real Richard.

I’d rather have Peter Ahola back on defense.

You can add Oleg Tverdovsky, Gabe/Denis Gauthier, McNabb, and Peter Harrold to this list. Tony Douche sounds like a nightmare.

Draisaitl has 6 assists through 2 periods, the record is 7 and there is a halfway decent chance that he breaks it.
 
Lots of floating out there, guys not fighting through checks or looking for open players. Ottawa flat out sucks on draw plays. They lose a lot of faceoffs and their forwards look lazy when it comes to picking up the other team. At some point, you have to assume you are going to lose the draw so you better bust your ass to get to a guy who might get it instead of reaching out with your stick.

Stutzle undoubtedly has talent though. He needs to work on his awareness of where the opposition is going to go. Instead of checking high danger areas in his own zone he coasts around a bit.
