That TV screen/billboard is a huge distraction.

I actually sat in probably the same section for a Wizards game about 2000, back when it was the MCI Center. The fans called the purple scoreboard Barney lol.

With all our pp troubles I could see us being interested in Barrie. I think he’s a better pp guy than TDA and better defensively. Obviously he’s not great in his own end but he’s better.

Rumors of his demise have been greatly exaggerated.

Rags - LAK game getting quite chippy here, multiple misconducts getting handed out, Quick having to fight back against some dirty chops, Trouba questionably leveling a guy in open ice. More physicality in this game than we've seen out of the Canes all season so far

They're not "moving", they're building a new arena. Still inside the beltway, you can't even call it suburban, it's just another part of the metro core. But that'll be a blow to downtown for sure.
