I'm just laughing at the guys calling Perry and Getzlaf big game players. Let see how they fare in game 6 and 7 where they've always been no shows.

Oilers fans and their California conspiracies. If the league had a choice, I think it would rather have McDavid in the Final than the Kings, Ducks, or Sharks. Nobody cares about those 3 teams. Hollywood winning didn't do anything for the league.

Complaining about the refs is a pretty common thing, but a fanbase screaming about a conspiracy is equal parts ridiculous and hilarious.

Not even the worst collapse in their playoff history.

That analyst trying to call it the greatest comeback in NHL history.

EXXON Valdez, without the booze.

Oilers defense is leakier than Deepwater Horizon.

We can keep making fun of the Oilers but really that 3rd goal was some of the more blatant interference by a known rat. I can't understand how that doesn't get overturned.

it was a good goal. What's Kesler supposed to do, get up and step out of the crease? He has every right to be there, and the oil d-man is pinning him down as well.

It's a pileup in the crease with no obvious interference.

Correct call was made.

He does not have every right to hold Talbot's pad. It was incredibly obvious interference.

I shouldn't be laughing at the result, but when we were getting ready to head out last night, the score was 3-0. My buddy bet me it was over and the Ducks wouldn't even score a goal; I bet him the entire night's worth of drinks that the Ducks would take it to OT and win. The free drinks took the edge off

caps fan just asking about sutter: did you guys get the impression he had retired after being let go? I read an interview, which sorta implied what brought him to LA was the gm, and it sorta inferred that after winning two cups that might be it. Think he would come to DC and take a chance at righting this ship? Or have we already taken on too much water?
