True...but in saying that you as a coach cannot lose your stars either...you have to put up with 60% efforts and just hope the GM makes the needed changes over time . Gallant is limited to what he can do in some situations because of the inexperience of our club and lack of shoulders he has to tap on when needed . We have many green players at the moment and it's also why he leans on the vets so much . We certainly are far from a finished product . Most on here are aware of that except for a couple and they never present a working solution from their armchair but just critique the coach who has been here for 40+ games LOL.....we do have some smart posters....but those self proclaimed armchair experts who mostly show up after a loss .... certainly are not in that bracket ....LOL...no need to mention names as they know who they are by now .I've always had a theory that the Rangers are almost too much 'first class' org. You can't treat hockey players like a princess.
