Honestly, Gilmour was one of the dirtiest players I have ever seen play hockey. I will say he was the sneakiest ever at being dirty. He was always slashing and spearing behind the play, out of the ref’s eyes.

Agreed. I think Ellis is going to be the next Binnington, anyway. He's already walked the path from highly regarded to also-ran and potentially flaming out in the ECHL, to a dominant force of nature in the AHL, and he's twenty-five, the same age as Binnington when he broke out in 2019.

I hope we trade for him and lock him up.

We need people like him, Perron, Sunny, Binner and a Tkachuk etc on our team. I am tired of paid mercenaries who don't even care to be truly be here, only for the paycheck. I want STL people and people who love the Bluenote and city AND play the game the right way.

I'm not sold on Frederic. I feel like someone is going to pay him $4M+ based on his production from 2 and 3 seasons ago and I don't want us to be the team that goes that high. He has 15 points this season.
