Almost every big team should be looking at Maignan.
I'm thinking of City who has a ball playing GK who's not better than Maignan there but vastly worse in every other category.
United, PSG, Bayern, Inter, Chelsea, etc... all have worse goalies.
Courtois is better, Barca and Pool don't need to change. That's about it.

As for Maignan, IMO he's the 2nd best GK in the world, after Curtois.
Milan's season was basically "is Maignan healthy or not", and as good as Leao was in their Scudetto season, Maignan was just as important.
