This honestly gives me hope that we will end bottom5 with Anaheim and Arizona. Seeing the sharks, canucks, cbj have better stats….hopefully they can all pick it up a bit lol

Their shooting percentage is already starting to normalize. So it’s literally on Hart saving shots almost 95% of the time right now.

I don’t expect their metrics really to improve that much going forward. They’ll probably still be in the bottom 5ish for the most part there. If Hart drops down to a .910-.920% in saves that’s gonna be a noticeable decrease even if Hart is still playing well.

I agree. Looking at the other teams, I can easily see them doing better too. I don't see demko being this bad, his numbers should improve even with that trash defense. No idea whats going on with cbj lol. Expect the blbues to pick it up at some point too. Hawks/philly will probably swap with cbj/blues and remain in the bottom 10 (hopefully 5). I love you hart, but chill please lol

The way they are hanging him out to dry, Hart will likely be on the shelf by Christmas. So, 20-25 games backstopped by Sandstrom/Grosenick should lock up that top 5 pick.

“By the way have you watched the Devils play? Would take what the Flyers are doing in a heart beat…….I like their future a heckuva lot better than the Devils.”

He’s got me there.
Is he related to Torts? Or maybe from Minnesota?

Can't imagine why NJ would be ahead of the FLyers in their rebuild.
Flyers started in June 2022, Devils made the playoffs once in the last eleven years.
Drafting since 2015:
#2 Nemec, #4 Hughes, #29 Stillman, #7 Holtz, #18 Mercer, #20 Mukhamadullin, #1 Hughes, #17 Ty Smith, #1 Hischier, #12 McLeod, #6 Zacha,
Outside the first rd:
2018: #141 Sharangovich
2017: #36 Boqvist, #63 Zutterland
2016: #41 Bastian, #162 Bratt
2015: #42 Blackwood
signed Hamilton, Tatar, Palat, traded for Marino (T 3rd rd pick, Ty Smith), Graves (2nd rd, Maltsev), Haula (Zacha), Siegenthaler (3rd), Vanacek (3rd plus 2nd rd swap).

So if we follow the Devil's plan we should be in the FA market in the summer of 2028 or 2029, so we don't have to worry about those veteran contracts while we draft in the top ten for six years!

The Flyers rebuild hasn’t started, no matter how much you repeat this. LTIR to multiple 30+ year olds, on a team laughably expecting to retool and compete for the playoffs, is not a rebuild. Not anymore than a F5 tornado means a chance to remodel your home.

Picks are still going out, picks are not going in, they’re maxed to the cap, they’re at the contract limit, they’ve handed out multiple 8 year UFA deals within the last calendar year, they’re playing MacEwen and Deslauriers and Seeler over young players, they have one of the worst prospect pools in hockey, and above all there’s not a shred of a plan. Reality is waiting for you whenever you’d like to meet it.

Hischier might be the 4th or 5th most important player in the organization. The Flyers don’t even have a player as good as him. That’s some perspective.

He’s got me there.

Hope I was wrong. Plenty of season to go.

Devils have yet to play Carolina, Boston, Tampa Bay, Florida, the Rangers, Toronto or any of the other top teams in the Eastern Conference.

If we keep following the Clarke/Fletcher model, we should be ready to contend never.

Things Cucky wants to see from our team! Torts as well!

I love how the entire Vegas team jumped Anderson. f*** the instigator penalty. When a player hits your teammate from behind, you make him pay.
