With Getz retired and Lindholm and Rakell gone, here's the current active career goals leaders for the Ducks:

10. Henrique (95)
12. Fowler (81)
26. Terry (55)
29. Grant (49)
44. Comtois (29)
48. Zegras (27)
57. Lundestrom (22)
68. Jones (17)

I don't really have a point, just wondered.
Henrique in the top 10 is not something I would have guessed.

Silf has 141 goals for the Ducks. No idea where in the top-10 it puts Silf.

Update Opponents: 129, Ducks 72

We did make some ground in the last game.

SOG
1st Period: Ducks 5, Bruins 13 (-8)
2nd Period: Ducks 10, Bruins 10 (even)
3rd Period: Ducks 11, Bruins 9 (+2)
OT Period: Ducks 5, Bruins 4 (+1)

That's some quick adjustment between the 1st and 2nd period. I'm liking the trend. It's the first time we were a positive SOG in any period this season.

Let's hope they can keep it going.

I was thinking to myself....we don't need a Hampus on the back end.

We need at least 2 to be league average.

It would have been nice if they scored on that late PP to win the game, since it was Lindholm who took the penalty.

Don't you mean since it was Vatrano who induced the penalty on Lindholm? Vatrano is sneaky good playing that off.

No I meant, since we've all been joking about missing Lindholm and currently have a very fragile Top 4. It would have been interesting if the guy who we truly miss in the Top 4 since he was traded, won the game indirectly for us by getting us a PP late in the 3rd period.

As per Vatrano, I am loving his game but I'm no stranger to it.

Oh no, I get you were joking. I was just adding salt to the wound that Lindholm didn't actually do the penalty, but was called for it. We then would have scored a goal on a PP that Vatrano induced by holding onto Lindholm to make it look like Linholm hooked him down. Got that new duck vs old duck connection too.

Guess adding onto the fun didn't come across that well.

So roughly 43-23 per game. Nice!!!

Weird that the Ducks are giving up 5.5 goals a game with that type of shot suppression.
Lol, we hired multiple data scientists and hockey analists this offseason, and they come in and our team output this

"Boss, the numbers are shit, but I can make a 100 page PowerPoint on that if you want"

From Lisa Dillman article:

It’s clear Lindholm has become a valuable piece in Boston. On Thursday, he led the Bruins in time on ice (24 minutes, 47 seconds) and had one assist. There was also one minor penalty late in regulation that could have been costly. Lindholm went off with 33 seconds left for roughing the Ducks’ Frank Vatrano and the penalty carried over into overtime.

“I know,” he said, chuckling. “My red brain turned on a little bit there. He (Vatrano) was smart there – he kind of held on to me and made it look worse than it was. So I shouldn’t have given him an opportunity. Good play on his part.”

If the Ducks did score on the PP, then Lindholm got double the hoodwinking.

It sure feels like a Dilbert scenario! heh I just hope it doesn't become true at the end of the season. Otherwise, Verbeek's gonna pull a Barney:
