Danault has asked for a trade...you heard it here first.
Scummy human being ? If there something we can say about Bergevin, is that he’s a great guyI don't have a problem with an executive who has weaknesses.
I do have a problem with executives who are okay with being scummy human beings from time to time and being brought in because he's buddies with another executive.
Exactly, he was too impulsive and short-sighted in Montreal, and that is the exact opposite of what you want to have a say on a team that already isn't thinking enough about the future.Habs fan here: I didn't dislike him as much as other Habs fans did and I'd still say he's mediocre at best. He does some good things and is probably good for a culture but he has no vision and is reactive instead of proactive.

I don’t think how you can say this guys wasn’t a good guy honestly. You can’t say everything about his management skills but saying he’s a bad humain is just completely falseThat's not my read on him, either from others or my own observations from afar, but we'll probably argue incessantly.
Doesn't matter when we call up randos instead of top talentSorry guys, my old roommate hated losing Solomon and now absolutely hates this. Luckily your prospect pool is absolutely loaded.
Robitaille, Blake, Bergevin are all very close (along with) Brisson. Check the Montreal board and the thread discussing it.
While he's an outside hire, it reeks of cronyism.
Though again you do a great job aggressively missing the point and looking foolish as you try to take pot shots at others.
Old boys club or not, Bergevin is a bad GM with a bad reputation and got fired after making a series of questionable moves, not the least of which being drafting Mailloux.
