The money doesn't but even bringing him back seems like an emergency option much like last year.

Not criticizing Blake for doing it so he isn't completely empty handed but there is a good chance he isn't back this year if Blake had already been able to swing a trade or was confident about signing someone.
And he’s a 1 year commitment, so while he should make the roster out of camp he’s totally expendable if we bring in or promote better pieces.

Returning to our board after fighting main board mods off with a box cutter...

Dude. it's an exacto knife

Edmonton has no cap left and has to re-sign Yamomoto and Foegele.

Koskinen + 2023 2nd to LA for future considerations. LA buries Koskinene in the minors.

Come on Blake use that space

I wouldn't have a problem with Danaullt for 4 years 4-5.2 mil. He would be the second best center for us right now. Make someone beat him out for a spot and move him down the roster, protect some of the kids defensively for a few seasons and then trade him or he keep him depth on a cup contender

It'd be interesting to see the number of players signed in free agency graphed against team success.

The guy is 28,no need to trade him to a contending team.Kings don't need more picks or propects, they need established players.
