I don't understand why people think this won't go on. A couple players catching covid is nothing. Does no one remember the nhl training camps? Bubble ended up being fine.

To HC's and TSN's credit, they are doing everything they can to make this happen. I don't think TSN wants to refund all that ad money - nor do they want to find content to fill missing games.

This is such typical fear-mongering. Find a study that suggests a possibility, and conclude that everyone needs to cower in fear because of it.

If you read the study, they essentially undermine their own argument by admitting that it's a very small sample and prior studies have contradicted them. However, they still persist in publishing it because they know some people are going to take it and run. Cower in fear off of something that there's virtually no evidence is an issue.

As I said, people can't live their lives like the people you want to accept orders from. Those in power want us to live like this because they don't think the rules apply to them, and they violate them with impunity because they don't believe any of the things they spout. They want people like us who don't have any power to submit to their orders that they themselves don't even pretend to follow.

I must say that I find it so weird that strangers on the internet try to comment on the personal lives of people they have never met and don't know anything about. I just ignored the weird remark from the guy above because the study he suggests is flawed, but it needs to be said. There was a guy last week that told me unprompted that I have never participated in a fight. I find this stuff so odd.

And to address your study in particular, it makes clear that its audience is elderly patients, who are irrelevant to the players in this tournament. But good job finding some internet clickbait.

I thought of that. And no I dont think its a great idea to be a part of the team if you are lets say over 60. Stay at home if you are.

Old people need to not travel at all, right now.
