Hyman is a very good player, but he's nowhere close to the level of Nylander/Matthews/Marner/Tavares.Nylander is so frustrating to watch. He's very lackadaisical. Loves to stick check, passive, avoids checks and always the first one off on his line. If there was $7 mil. in cap space and it was a choice between Nylander and Hyman. Its a no brainer and Burkie would agree.
Brian Burke is also the same guy that sold the farm for Kessel. Kessel as much as I love the guy, is worse than Nylander defensively. The irony.
