No Cali Teams (location)
Seattle (location)
NY Rangers (location)
NY Islanders ( State of team)
Arizona (State of team)

1. Toronto
2. Winnipeg (I was born here, lived here for 12 years before moving to Vancouver, it’s an absolute gong show)
3. Edmonton
4. New Jersey
5. Arizona
6. Buffalo
7. New York (too expensive)
8. LA (California sucks)
9. SJ (see above)
10. Anaheim (see above)

You are making millions. How is living in New York expensive for a elite hockey player?

As someone who loves to golf Arizona doesn't seem all that bad. My golf game would improve tremendously.
If AZ ever got their act together they likely would be like the Suns and be a destination place to play. For a long time under Sarver that was not the case.

But you would not want to remain in AZ during July-Aug. sweltering there right now. Would not want to be there if I was an mlb player.

That's the beauty of the NHL season, you only have to be in Arizona September-May(most likely)

Chicago is brutal during a lot of that time, I would get to come home to the most beautiful time of Chicago's weather May-Sept. Huge W for me.

The seven Canadian teams.

It's a lovely country to be in but it's not a country I want to play hockey in.

I have no interest in being famous. My top places to play would be New York, LA, or a non-traditional hockey market where I can just be a guy.

You can't even carry pepper spray. Essentially if you are a woman living in Canada, you have no means of evening out the gap in strength if you are attacked by a man.
Where are you from? It's hard for a lot of American's to understand that in Canada people usually feel safe walking the streets and don't feel the need to be armed at all times.

My list would look like
1: Rangers
2: Flyers
3: Jets
4: Flames
5: Blue Jackets
6: Senators
7: Wild
8: Islanders
9: Penguins
10: Ducks

I'd likely waive for the Islanders or Penguins without much hesitation though

Canada. And have you noticed a slight uptick in activity on the TTC?

You hate canadian politics because women are weak and can’t carry pepper spray.

This ain’t 4 chan.

See I hate Canadian politicians because there corrupt myself.
I hate Canadian politics for a lot of reasons. What I'm saying is players with wives and daughters may be slightly hesitant to move to a country where they can't defend themselves without significant legal repercussions.

I live in a small town in Alberta, I've noticed exactly nothing lol.
It is ridiculous that we can't carry pepper spray though.
Yeah I'm out there now as well. You definitely see some things living around Toronto (especially in Hamilton) that make you want to carry it even as a guy.

Would hate to play There:

1- Arizona
2- Winnipeg
3- Colombus
4- Calgary
5- St-Louis/Florida/Tampa Bay

Would love to play There:

1- Montréal (Home, plus it's just an incredible city that never sleep)
2- Toronto (would much prefer Montréal for a Bunch of reasons but yeah, I'd embrace the media stuff)
3- Vegas
4- NJD
5- Either Kings, Sharks or Ducks

I wouldn't mind at all:
Ottawa, Edmonton and Vancouver

Ya I could see that for sure, I'm happy to live in a part of the country where I can walk around whenever I like without much fear. There is always a little bit, but not nearly enough for me to consider carrying a weapon.
