I'll let you know after the end of next season.
If Rein, Mailioux and Hutson are in the lineup, the answer becomes clearer...

...They're easily Top 2.How is Buffalo on this list?
I think there’s wide variance on people’s impression of what ‘future’ entails. Buffalo has a great top 4 of 24-and-unders that will likely still be there and not past-prime in 3 years … by that definition they’ll have a strong short term future d corps.
But people whose view of future is a little more long term (focusing mainly on players under 22 and players not even in the league yet) would disregard most of Buffalo’s existing young but established core and be noticing the absence of pending breakthrough players.
Blackhawks : Levshunov Vlasic Korchinski Del Mastro Rinzel Allan Kaiser Phillips , A mix of everything , size , skill , speed , offence , defence
NJ first, but MTL should go 2nd easily, solid depth.
Should be Albert JohanssonEdvinsson - Seider
Buium - Axel Sandin Pellikka
Wallinder - Anton Johnasson
Cleveland - Tuomisto
More than half of those are just names. No sure thing top pairing guys there. Decent prospects but not close to BUF, DET or NJ.Blackhawks : Levshunov Vlasic Korchinski Del Mastro Rinzel Allan Kaiser Phillips , A mix of everything , size , skill , speed , offence , defence
Montréal has Reinbacher, Hutson, Mailloux and Engström, with Guhle already graduated
We have a bunch others too, but those 5 are probably the best we have
Good chance that that Seamus Casey becomes a really good offensive defenseman for the Devils as well.
That is a straight lie. Guhle, DR and Hutson are legit top 15ish u23 Ds in the league (asset wise).Lol at people saying montreal. After their top couple guys it's just depth nobody cares about that can be replaced pretty easily.
Yes. And Vlasic is 6’6” and already a defensive animal, easily a 2D right now. Might be a bit too limited offensively to be considered a true 1D, but he’s still young enough to develop it.If Levshunov, Korchinski and Rinzel live up to their draft positions, I like Chicago's top 4 a lot.
All 6'2" and up and can skate.
