They absolutely will. They know they f***ed up when they allowed Kane to go open season on Vegas. This was the outcome.

I guarantee you the league sent a stern warning to both teams to cut this shit out or there will be even bigger suspensions on the horizon.

When it comes to Edmonton you certainly expect the sub-par defense and goaltending to let them down, but their inability to score anywhere except the power play with all that individual, generational talent is a new one.

Almost Leafs-esque is their ability to embrace futility in new ways.

Skinner is now 20th in the playoffs in Sv%. Out of 16 teams. Oilers has defensive problems, and focus problems especially when a goal is being scored for either team, but regardless I think a team with Stanley Cup aspirations will struggle to reach its goal if they have a goaltender who is 20th in the playoffs in sv%.

haha that TNT broadcast is fun. they look like they're having fun but it's not forced. i like Hank's analysis as a former goalie, Biz is actually funny, Liam is doing a good job as host and Anson is the straightest straightman (low personality but you need that to balance it out).

the recurring golfing segment when a team gets eliminated is fun too. didn't know where else to post this, but anyone else agree?

They only call they made all night that I was iffy on was Eichel after he was hit by Descharnais while the ref stared down on the assault. Should have been a four on four. Missed calls on both sides evened each othe out, I thought. Of course I understand if a team is rolling 40% PP, its fans want every little thing called on both sides, I would too. I also think they got it right on the major on Coleslaw.

I hope Hank is a full time fixture next season. Very sharp guy but quiet sense of humor which compliments Biz. They are the equivalent of what TNT does with the NBA. Puts ESPN to shame top to bottom
