I cant believe Toffolis problem is skating. He's so good.

Not to say he's going to be like this HOF player, but the way he scores his goals reminds me so much of Luc. Doesn't waste time getting that shot off and seems to know where to place the puck and where to be to in the offensive zone. Him and Pearson have some damn high hockey IQ when it comes to what to do and where to be when they're in the offensive zone.

What's funny is that some Ottawa 67's and Sens fans included thought that this guy was better than Toffoli:

You know that is the sort of effort play that Sutter loves. Pearson is all speed, smarts, and hard work.

Q still having a very difficult time giving the Kings credit in his PGPs, which is just fine by me. As a matter of fact, I'm ecstatic. If that attitude bleeds through to the room, then the Blackhawks can continue to take the Kings as lightly as they want to...all the way to the golf course on Thursday morning, hopefully.

I have been incredibly impressed with them, particularly for being rookies.
Toffoli especially came in with a reputation as a pure goal scorer, but both him and Pearson have really put in some good, hard, smart work along the boards and in the defensive and neutral zones as well. Good sticks to block passes, steals in the neutral zone, great hustle on the forecheck... I've just been all around impressed with them. Playing like vets, they are.

Haha, I noticed that. That 70's Line is definitely my favorite, but I think Lucky 7's is pretty cool too.

Over the last couple years it seems like every game I've gone to the Kings have been shelled. The last game I went to was when the Kings lost to the Blue Jackets in 2012. Remember when the Kings failed to score on what, 8 power plays? You couldn't pay me to go to a playoff game, I'm bad luck.
