I don't think so. Carter is the story of this series, in some respects, and with a lot of reporters looking to flesh out their articles with background info, it is an attempt to find it, maybe stumble upon a story that hasn't been told. How many articles have we seen this past week that are focused entirely on Muzzin, or Martinez, or Voynov, or Mitchell, or Toffoli?

I'm lucky I had that laptop available or I would have missed the game completely while I was doing repairs on this old POS computer... Now if I can find out where I packed the Excel... I didn't expect it to conk out until AFTER I moved...

It was one hell of a win and it needs something special... Something with a horn in it...

I think this particular duo missed only three of their calls all game...fortunately two were on the Kings...

Dont get me started.

It got even more pathetic after Prince got drafted by them. There were seriously a couple who said Toffoli was just the 4th best player of that team. They were the experts, they watched him on a regular base...

I had to watch the game with the HNIC commentator crew, I think it was Bob Cole? who partnered Garry Galley. I seriously feel dumber from having to listen to them describe the play by play and what was going on.

Tanner Pearson is a godsend to our left wing struggles earlier this season. He has filthy hockey IQ and chemistry with Tyler Toffolli.

22 years old (faster and more physical) left wing version of Justin Williams ? The emergence of him and Toffolli is going to work wonders for the offensive depth as well as cap situation next year when they are still on dirt cheap Entry Level Contracts and contributing (I hope).

For all the talk of the Blackhawks depth and skill - it's the Kings' depth that is making the differences and leading to wins. There's a long way to go still, though. Got to keep it up.
 
Pearson was absolutely phenomenal today, the whole damn line was. I even love KK right now. <3 Would love to beat these guys.
 
Watching highlights- 3 beautiful goals tonight. That Voynov shot, with the slight delay, so strong and so well timed. He makes it look easy when he gets it in. Toffoli's work on his goal was impressive. He has a way of making those kind of plays happen all on his own when we need them, especially against Chicago. And Doughty's was so clean and powerful, the smile on his face after was priceless. As was the Toffoli-Carter hug after the second goal. Love how that line is clicking- I can see them getting us places in the next seasons (and next series, hopefully).

Greene was having a great game brutalizing guys behind our net, causing turnovers left and right. That is where he reigns supreme, provided he can get set up properly and not engage in foot races to and from. He played 10.5 very selective minutes, but they were very effective minutes.
 
Hope you guys win the whole thing. I feel like LA gets as much heat as Boston for being "dirty".
