FINALLY!!!!!!

One of the most underrated shows of all time is coming back.
King of the Hill is one of my favorite shows of all time but I'm not sure how I feel about this.

I've been burned by reboots in the past, but Mike Judge seems never to miss so I suppose I will remain cautiously optimistic.

Stumbled upon Physical:100 on Netflix. Just started watching, and this looks the bomb. Think Squid Game meets Gladiator, but a reality competition.

Just finished up His Dark Materials. Very sad ending but was a pretty solid show and good final season to it.

It's weird as can be but i'm enjoying it. The dubbed over comments are very funny. There no way that is what they are saying. In fact, i think I recognize the voiceovers. They sound exactly like the ones from the show Wipeout. It's like almost the same lines over and over again.

"You have a very nice physique. I would like to go up against you"
"Wow, she has an amazing body, i bet she can tackle some of the men"
"Wow, he looks like a Tiger hunting his prey. I wouldn't want to go up against that Physique:"

Here
Just finished reading The Pale Blue Eye and it was a very good read for those who enjoy historical fiction. A murder mystery set in West Point Academy with Edgar Allen Poe and his poetry intertwined into the detective efforts.

In tandem, there is NetFlix movie of the same name starring Christian Bale that was released recently.

Novels are always better than the movie adaptations, but this one isn't terrible. Would've been even better if they decided to run it as a 4 part mini-series or something. More time for character development. But for what they could squeeze in it stayed pretty close to the book.

I enjoyed it quite a bit for what it was.

Lmao. I'm listening to the Korean audio and relying on subtitles, but yes the translations are often hilarious. Episodes 5 and 6 dropped today, FYI.

I love Poe...

Also... grandfather was a West Point grad (Colonel Army Corps Engineers)... I spent a lot of time there including some hockey practices at Tate rink & watching football at Michie stadium... worked there for a few years from high school through freshman college... I loved the visuals in the movie.

Bale and the other actor as Poe (from Harry Potter and Queen’s Gambit) really nailed their characters. The twist was predictable but enjoyable and the movie was pretty visually stunning.

I enjoyed the Poe actor quite a bit... always thought Bale was badass

The best Poe otherwise was Homer Simpson during The Raven (with James Earl Jones VO)

Min-Seong is a good leader. He definitely has the best physique on the whole team. I was confident that we will have an easy win when Min-Seong was our team leader. @Lion Hound

The guy who played Poe was also in a British series named Garrow's Law. He was excellent. Didn't realize he was in "Potter". Will have to look up the Pale...

@Lion Hound when they thought that our team was very weak, it was very disappointing.

One huge strength of our team was harmony.

You have made me feel emotions I can't feel every day.

Good way -- gonna be very entertaining. As I think I mentioned before, this show is starting to make Oz look tame.
IMO....it is not even close . We LOVE the show . I get a kick out of Bunny and Mike relationship . I found they dragged the later seasons of Oz out and weakened it . The last 2 seasons were just fair . I'm waiting for the second season of Bosch Legacy......coolest cop on TV !
