You have to stop listening 2-6 Felger & Mazz

He said exact same but had Freddy 25 lbs heavier - if it was a key punch error I apologize

Note: Mike Thomas who created Felger & Mazz and brought Adam Jones to WEEI is all about creating the Fox News model and trolling a specific gullible base

There is a reason why Fox has paid over a Billion dollars and climbing for making shit up

The negative Frederic comments here are running parallel to Felger & Mazz 2-6

Last summer it was Sweeney bashing 2-6 and Bruins would suck

Privately he acknowledges he’s screwing around with these takes but Bruins fans lick it up
You are telling someone to not listen to a show while admitting you are listening to the show? Interesting.

I am pretty sure @LSCII is capable of forming his own opinions.

Felger's take at the news of Bergeron's retirement was that he's overrated. It's what the show is and yet there are people who think it's a space for legit discussion (kind of like this place).

Everyone can form their own opinions, some just fall for nonsense when they're doing it.

Felger & Mazz didn’t spend much time on Frederic, however, the Bergeron stuff was the mean-spiritedness we see from him every now and then.

Felger is outstanding at what he does - he’s worth every Penny he gets. The problem is his audience believes his trolling.

We saw first hand dark side meanness of Felger when Roy Halliday died in a plane he was piloting- Felger was basically crying and begging for his career when he apologized.

The Bergeron is a loser sports wise was specifically to draw the ire of sports fans. Mean-spirited just A-1 d’ bag loser shit from a guy with skeletons in his closet

What he’s doing to Bloom and the Red Sox is crap - it’s agenda driven because Mazz wasn’t rehired

Felger is talented but he’s got warts he does a good job of keeping surpressed while he shits on others

First off, I can’t help it if Felger comes here and steals material. We all know he does because he’s mentioned the site multiple times over the years. Secondly, I also can’t teach a 40+ year old dude on the radio how to add. Freddy is 215. Tanev is 180. I generally can’t count to 11 unless I take off a shoe but even I know that’s not a 25 lb difference. And finally, I don’t consider saying he had a career high shooting percentage last year and that it willl be hard to duplicate it again this year as being negative. I call it being realistic.

I guess my question is when did Bruins fans become such little kitty cats where being honest is too much for them to handle? Meow, meow. :naughty:

I can’t speak for Bruins fans because most are negative and I’m past Debby Downer shit.

I’m soft, not sure of the rest of the kitty Kats.

As an animal lover who’s had dogs and cats - nothing wrong with cats - whiney Bruins fans yes

Probably around the same time we stopped valuing guys who score and have grit...such as Frederic :sarcasm:

I have a lot of thoughts on that whole thing but we'll have to discuss them in person.

Felger is "sports entertainment" like the WWE, I do agree with the "attacks" on Bloom however.

When you've only scored consistently once in your career, it's called an outlier until you do it regularly. As for grit, I must have missed that because he was not gritty at all. I have seen him be a clown and run his mouth, resulting in his teammates paying the price, but I hardly call that "gritty". More grimy, if anything. I mean, were talking about a guy that was about 200th in the league in hits, and had his hit totals on the team doubled by Clifton. That's gritty? Seriously?

I follow baseball closer than hockey - I watch mlb network more than nhl network

I disagreed with Eovoldi, wacha etc but they are very deep in sysyem and every position major lesgue tean or Minors

They are developing the prospects

I’ll take Bloom over 99% of Red Sox fans and all the current talk show on WEEI & sports hub

Amazing collection of dummies

Well ya let’s face it, the show wouldn’t be nearly as successful if it was a crew of people with vanilla takes looking at the bright side.

They get infinitely more engagement the spicier the take and that’s what drives revenue.

I have no problem with draft and develop, I do have a problem with being so driven by analytics you base everything the team does purely on numbers.

They just make shit up - it’s wild

They have no problem telling thousands of people pure bull shit at expense of others

Yesterday Greg Bedard went off and they showed it on Early Edition- Felger was speechless and will be interesting if Bedard is still part of show

The Bruins treatment on WEEI & Sports Hub other then Hockey Show & Ty Anderson belongs in that crap pond in slumlord millionaire

I don’t see it that way they’d never have signed Hernández for one

They went way over slot and grabbed two of BBA major sleepers last 2 years who looked collge bound

I have issues with Werner involvement and a bunch of Bloom moves- I was for Duvall 5 years ago when Reds had him on block - knowing he had two A+‘characteristics: pull power & RF defense/arm

He never should have even gone after Renfroe let alone trsde him for washed JBJ

He’s evolving though / he’s figured it out to me

Two former GM on mlb network - O’Dowd & Phillips - are saying exactly this / Bloom is understanding market and he’s on the precipice of rolling out talent every where and can trade surplus

I was all over him but gotta be open minded here he is getting it

Reminds me of 60’s and 70’s construction of team

Gonna be a bit of a roller coaster but who doesn’t like a roller coaster providing you can keep lunch down

Quick gsmes, a wild division, a lot of skill showing up

It’s about entertainment and fun and throw in a WS maybe 8 yrs is all you can ask

I went from 1967- 2004 with no championships and my baseball life wasn’t incomplete

I feel bad for this new generation of if you don’t win your a loser - especially if they apply this to life beyond sports

Rafael Devers summarizes the current Red Sox - you want to hug him and choke him in the same game but he’s still worth watching

The sarcasm smiley was used my friend, I'm sure we don't have to rehash your dislike of him. Either way grit can mean grinding out pucks on the boards and forechecking just as much as throwing hits and fighting...both of which he does.

And Clifton plays 6 extra minutes a game. 100 hits in 948 mins vs 200 in 1404 mins.

I totally missed the emoji, so my bad. :biglaugh:

While people like to say he's a gritty player, I honestly don't see it. He fights once in a while, but barely hits anything and is not very physical. Go youtube some games from the 70s and 80s to see actual physical gritty play. It's night and day compared to Freddy's game.

It's amazing with all the problems this team has going into camp that a player who is not a problem causes so much consternation among the speed and skill crowd.

With Frederic in a top 9 role and Lucic and one of Lauko or Greer on the fourth line with Brown the forwards finally have some jam again.

We should be worried about number 1 center and they lack of a physical defenseman besides McAvoy, not Frederic

That fine that he’s rebuilding. You can’t have a ticket price that high when you do. If the Bruins ever decide to rebuild, those tix better not go up.
