This isn't a working set lol.
They're almost certainly testing force/velocity production at that resistance. You don't want to load up a bar with too much weight and 135 is something that everyone should be able to get up quite easily (thus, its a nice baseline weight to use across the board.)
I highly doubt they squat heavy heavy ( don't see the benefits for hockey ) but I was being semi-facetious.They have to be doing low weight/high reps for cardio or something.
aww, his kids chose it. ( Watch them be like 20 something, haha)Gross
Kreider is a beast... look at the elevation he gets.
I think most of these guys wear false teeth or just go without, then have them fixed once they are done playing.Kakko still hasn't fixed his tooth?
He has crippling social anxiety. Can't make it to the dentist.Kakko still hasn't fixed his tooth?
"meat" face
Terrible? (I assume thats what you were trying to spell). I'm not thinking that "terrible" means what you think it means....except the fact is that they are actually terrribke together and should be separated on different lines
has Kreider ever been negative? The ice has always tilted in our favor when he's on it.Heard on Vince’s podcast - even strength over the years: Kreider and Zibanejad on the ice: 90 GF 65 GA
@Machinehead should like that.

Not unless HFBoards pay$ up for API usageIs there a new way to post a tweet?
hopefully our plethora of new 'coaches' can help with technique. From jumping to skating, to squatting, to cleaning... a lot of it comes down to techniqueexcept the fact is that they are actually terrribke together and should be separated on different lines
I think we have a big Fil year ahead of us. Looks big, sounds very confident. Had a good showing last year.
