I'm just hoping after this off-season that the Leafs give the young players a real chance to make the team for next season and not sit out for long periods of time. I'm talking about Sandin, Liljegren, Robertson and potentially other "under the radar" players like Anderson, Hallander, etc. I think they just need to play, sink or swim, and I'm hoping we don't clog the roster with too many veterans again.
With that said, we definitely need at least one big LW addition. This has been our weakness for a very long time. Landeskog fits that bill I think but the price seems rather questionable. Another good addition would be Schwartz if he makes it to UFA, but his recent injuries and average production might scary with what is likely to be a hefty contract.
