Spector was talking about McLeod #3C not being able to handle the playoff grind so that is one of the reasons they acquired Henrique. I doubt Robbie can handle more than one playoff round.

I could see Nicky Bobby starting up Game 1 like a rampaging Tasmanian devil but either cough up a puck in spectacular fashion or put himself in harms way and get crumpled. Those would be the sum of my concerns with his game. Not reliable and prone to getting hurt.

Ideally Lindholm doesn’t go to Boston. Not sure why Vancouver is “aggressively pursuing” Zucker and willing to still give Boston Lindholm after just trading for him.

He was second on the team with three goals in seven games. Only one other player had more than one goal.

You don't have a clue what you're talking about, and the worst part is, you claim you watched that Rangers series.
He was so good that the Rangers didn't want him, and virtually no other team in the league wanted him, so he ended up on one of the worst ones. I'm not saying he is the worst player in the league, so take it easy. I'm simply saying that i don't think he will be very good for Florida. We will see what happens.

Probably harder to move that contract

Yeah I don’t think they could have done Girard for Mittelstadt. But if they had bailed on that contract earlier for nothing and gone after a Monahan or something. I could see as a better path than to unload a pretty good young D.

Holes and a culture problem, which likely starts at the coach

I subscribe to that.

I think JT at the least is apart of that culture problem. I still want this team/organization to really press JT on leaving.

Short of a final 4 appearance, I don't see how Keefe returns.

After that, Treliving is going to have no one to blame but himself. Find the right coach and fix the defense this off-season so we're not here talking about the 6 holes on the roster we have, it would be way better to say "Hey we could use this and maybe a depth move" - done.

We need a bottom pairing D?

A bottom pairing LD at that, who has back problems.

Not really freaking out over the Leafs lack of moves. Leafs made a ton of moves last year and it earned them 4 extra playoff games than the usual 7 and done. Like I get Walker was on the radar but I would not have paid a 1st for him.

That first round draft pick price tag has a lot to do with sending Ryan Johansen the other way.

Johansen still has a four million cap hit for next season.

It’s like the Ritchie + 2nd for Lubyushkin deal with the Coyotes… except a worse contract (in AAV) and a slightly better d-man.
