More from the TFP link

Several teams, including the Detroit Red Wings, New York Islanders, New York Rangers and Ottawa Senators, are believed to be shown interest in Hemsky.
Contract negotiations between the Oilers and Gagner's agent have been moving forward, but TFP has learned a deal is not close and a trade could be on the horizon.
MacTavish has received a lot of interest in Gagner, but the Oilers are set on upgrading their blueline and would require a top-young blueliner as part of any deal for Gagner.

US NHL Network or Canadian NHL Network?

I think they are basically the same channel, with very similar programming. NHL Tonight (the show in which McKenzie appeared on) for sure is the same in both countries.
And I can corroborate what Joey Moss said, no mention of Gagner, or the Oilers for that matter.

Brad May is reporting that Lecavalier doesn't want to sign anywhere in Canada.

Call me petty but I'd seriously ban guys like this from representing Canada at international events. For life. Seriously. The guy's options are probably limited with the salary that he wants (reportedly 5 million per) and he rules out 7 options?

EDIT: It's not likely that Vinnie will get an invite for the Olympics ever again anyway.

Honestly, I don't really want him. I amazed so many wnat his lazy injury prone ass instead of a guy like Brad Richards.

Yup I think Nash also said he doesn't want to play in Canada either. Canadians who don't want to play in their country but want to represent them? Makes no sense and I hope they never play for Canada again.

I just watched the McKenzie segment on NHL network and nothing was said about Gagner at all.

Was it?

What's up with this new Canada hate? It's probably because the lazy morons want to continue playing like garbage without being held accountable by the fans and media.

You sure it doesn't have to do anything with income tax?

I know they pay next to zero for income tax in FLA....
