Maybe the reason Petry is available is he's unhappy here.
Word is he was unhappy in Mtl. Now he's unhappy here.
Maybe he's just a whiney bitch

I know what they say to the media but I don’t think they like the team. I think they realize they gave out awful contracts and are screwed now and don’t know what else to do.What makes anyone think they will make anything even approaching a significant move? Seems to me that Hextall and Burke like the team as is and they sure as hell like the coach. I have said this before but everyone with a brain knows that this team is going to limp to the finish line again and if they even make the playoffs they will go out in the first round yet again. Expect the exact same basic team and coaching staff to do the same thing next year. We have already entered the down years. Now it is just about waiting for the stars to completely bottom out so we can start the rebuild for real. Unfortunately that will not happen for another 4 years or so most likely. After all, they like the team.
Guentzel?Man I wish one of our draft picks panned out ala a Kaprizov, Barzal, Aho, or Pasta did. Really could have extended the window and taken salary out of the equation for a guy like JC.
The rumors in Montreal were that the wife wasn't happy because of all the Covd restrictions if I remember correctly. Could be wrong thoughWord is he was unhappy in Mtl. Now he's unhappy here.

The trade never made one iota of sense.Word is he was unhappy in Mtl. Now he's unhappy here.

Well, logically based on our limitations as it pertains to the cap, and the fact that we do have another quality right hand defenseman nearing a return, it wouldn't exactly surprise me. I'm just not sure what the market would bear here. Especially at his age and with that cap hit.You believe Dan Kingerski do you??
Yeah I don’t buy any of it. We traded Armstrong, we traded Fleury.Hard to buy the old guard / clique stuff.
POJ and Letang are buddies
Kappy and Sid & co allegedly buddies
McGinn / Carter
Maybe he just doesn't have someone. Maybe this is all BS. [For the record I don't care as I'm ready for 90% of the team to get moved]
He got traded out west, but he's too cheap to buy a ticket so he's hitchhiking. It’s kind of funny Petry has been missing ever since that report.
Which was almost ten years ago now, and pens got lucky to even get that pick lolGuentzel?
If not for that pick we probably don't win a third cup
better to be lucky than good.Which was almost ten years ago now, and pens got lucky to even get that pick lol

- The Minnesota Wild's third-round pick went to the Pittsburgh Penguins as the result of a trade on March 24, 2013, that sent Joe Morrow and a fifth-round pick in 2013 to Dallas in exchange for Brenden Morrow and this pick (being conditional at the time of the trade).[54] The condition – Pittsburgh will receive the lower of either Edmonton or Minnesota's previously acquired third-round picks, via Dallas – was converted on April 21, 2013.Dallas previously acquired this pick as the result of a trade on February 16, 2012, that sent Nicklas Grossmann to Philadelphia in exchange for Los Angeles' second-round pick in 2012 and this pick.[55]Philadelphia previously acquired this pick as the result of a trade on June 27, 2011, that sent Darroll Powe to Minnesota in exchange for this pick.[56]
It all makes sense now, Kingerski must have driven by his house and saw his equipment on the driveway.Maybe the reason Petry is available is he's unhappy here.
You don’t think Boston got lucky with Pasta? No one wants to hear it but you’re drafting 17-18 year old kids. It’s a numbers game. The more picks you have the better the chance. With how few picks we’ve had we’re lucky we got Jake.Which was almost ten years ago now, and pens got lucky to even get that pick lol

Did you read the convoluted path of the pick that ended up guentzel? I'm not even talking about skill hitting on a pick. The fact the pens even had it to use right then and there was insane. You don’t think Boston got lucky with Pasta? No one wants to hear it but you’re drafting 17-18 year old kids. It’s a numbers game. He is a trash panda journalist.I know this was a joke/reference but I have absolutely zero issue believing bud moonshine is the type who would know where players live and root through their trash looking for stuff like real estate agent business cards.
Am I the only one who has no clue who half the people are reporting "insider" Pens information are these days?
Maybe I should go back on twitter, bite the bullet for a checkmark, and start making crap up. Then comes the fame and fortune.

My guess is they knew he was sick and made that report for click bait. You know he wont be around so lets make it spicy
