I’m sure Toronto has at least inquired in on Miller but I just don’t see why Vancouver would trade him?

At this point Muzzin has negative value so it's going to take a good pick, prospect or player to get rid of him. Lindholm is worth a lot even as a rental with a chance to extend him. Lindholm is worth at least a 1st as a rental. What the?
Lindholm isn't signed beyond this year.
Lindholm or Miller are the only two rumoured players available I give a first for.
Depends though he might be looking at the prospect of not winning anything in Seattle and think maybe take a chance, he's got the contract already...you never knowOleksiak signed a long term contract in the summer. Can’t see him going anywhere, unfortunately. Would have loved him in Toronto.
Who single handedly took a team to the finals last year. Something the Leafs havent done in like 60 years. Oh and the year prior single handedly beat the penguins. Dude is a stud who will bring his A game in the playoffs. He doesnt have to be dominant in the regular season.
This is the move that puts us over the top. Price is a game and series changer. He strikes fear into opposing players. Get 50 percent retainment and give up a first or two and we are championship guaranteed. Assuming he passes a physical and is mentally ready to come back.

Muzzin doesn’t even have zero value, let alone negative value. What kind of nonsense is that.At this point Muzzin has negative value so it's going to take a good pick, prospect or player to get rid of him. Major decline in play to where I have to question if he’s still a high end 2nd pair D, multiple concussions, 33, on the back end of his contract. At 5+ million you want to have a healthy player who you know is a high end 2nd pair d. With Muzzin there are some question marks. If you had to trade Muzzin today what do you think you would get in return?Muzzin doesn’t even have zero value, let alone negative value. What kind of nonsense is that.
what is your reasoning for him having negative value?
people use those words way to loosely.
For a rental? My guess is a B+ prospect. An SDA/Abramov type. What would Domi cost?
Real question is why would you want to pay anything for him?For a rental? My guess is a B+ prospect. An SDA/Abramov type.
Muzzin isn't very good anymore, at least not this season. He plays tough minutes but he's been making tons of glaring mistakes that have cost us a lot of goals. He's been making bad passes, he's lost a step in his skating which was already on the slower end, he's made a habit of getting lost on coverage and assignments, etc. The good thing for us if we do decide to move him in the offseason is that there are a lot of dumb front offices in the NHL that would pay out the nose for Muzzin based on his reputation.Muzzin doesn’t even have zero value, let alone negative value. What kind of nonsense is that.

Well, as a rental, he may give the 2nd line the spark they need. I would not extend him though. That's for sure.Real question is why would you want to pay anything for him?
He's not good enough to play on the second line, IMO.Well, as a rental, he may give the 2nd line the spark they need. I would not extend him though. That's for sure.
No way the price makes sense with the Bruins in our division and making the playoffs.DeBrusk is the LW I've liked for a long time and have talked about on this thread to trade for. 3G, 1A yesterday.....PPG in last 10 or so. This is the guy I target. Fiesty too.
Possibly.......I haven't heard rumours about the price though. Maybe it's not that bad.No way the price makes sense with the Bruins in our division and making the playoffs.
Georgiev has been terrible. On 590 this morning, ex-goalie, Steve Valiquette, believes that Campbell and Mrazek are fine.....backups. He's not sold on Campbell as a starter. Kevin Woodley said the same thing yesterday.
Valiquette, who works for the Rangers, believes that Georgiev has starter potential and that the Leafs should try and trade for him. He thinks the Rangers would want Campbell in return.
Just sharin'
