Guess we watched 2 different games - should check out the timothy liljegren thread on the leafs board. Many people thought he was outstanding
he's been that way since they paired him up with Giordano and I would say passable before Gio got to Toronto
he's a young Dman who's about to play his 65th NHL game on top of the 148 he played in the A learning the professional game.
He's poised, he skates well, handles the puck and normally makes a smart first pass, he still makes mistakes as all young guys do, but he usually never makes the same mistake twice.
He's a keeper and has the advantage of being under team control for the next contract or two and as such I think the price would have to be high for the Leafs to move him.
