Rey Rey Mcloud has to be the most mediocre returner in history. Always gets between 1-5 yards, never more.

I guess teams just like a dude who won't eff up punts.

I can't imagine seeing Pickett ever make a throw like Purdy just did to Samuel right there.

Unsure if true, but it seems reasonable to me

From a Youtube comment:

"If the PS are in shotgun they pass 82% of the time.
If they are under center they run 90% of the time.
Something like 80% of passes on first down are outside the numbers.
They use the least amount of motion out of all teams.
He said basically it doesn’t matter how good the defense they are playing, they are screwed.

I’m guessing we never self scout tendencies."

Well pardon me mr perfect! I guess i forgot that you never make a mistake!
Every time Matt Canada talks, he comes across like the biggest loser on the planet. “Woe is me”, “the NFL is hard” garbage and never takes any accountability.

I wouldn’t want to work for a boss like that, I wouldn’t want to hire an employee like that, I don’t want to be friends with someone like that.

Dude needs to realize the reason he and other NFL coaches get paid so handsomely is because they’re supposed to be able to do more with less and do it against better talent at the highest level of the game.

And even the best play callers in league need some type of QB play. Until the players can function and execute a high school level they aren’t going anywhere regardless of the play caller

Didn’t mention his level of success in my post.

Kenny Pickett may turn out to be a complete bust but at least he’s not sitting there sarcastically asking for suggestions because he thinks the league is really hard. He says “I have to be better” and doesn’t publicly make failures about anyone else. Defers success to others when it happens. Like a leader should.

My comment is solely about Matt Canada’s attitude in interviews being that of a complete loser, which I have commented on before the season even started.

It was a sarcastic comment to a dumb question. You aren’t getting any mojo back unless KP stops seeing ghosts this is a Qb league right now KP isn’t even on Willson level for the jets

I actually do agree that Kenny has this degree of perfectionism that he's looking for. I also think that this offense has such a level of predictability that defenses are able to figure out what we are doing before the play even occurs. I legitimately think that's why our offensive line is getting torched so bad. These defenses knew what we were doing and the line doesn't stand a chance.

Did you see how Shanahan got Purdy going last night when he was struggling?

Show me a time Canada ever did that?

He’s too busy scratching his dome about the radical new 5 DL look Cleveland threw at him.

He just might solve that mystery by their next matchup with any luck!

When you can’t run, can’t pass protect and your head coach admits your OC is doing a woeful job adjusting to looks he didn’t anticipate, the offense will stay flatlining.

Tomlin’s ego set KP and the offense up to fail in January when he foolishly brought Canada back.

They just need another three years and another four QBs and eventually we will see Canada’s genius!

Shanahan - Purdy is the new Belichick - Brady. This is the Gen Z version, and after watching what I did last year and these first few games, I'm totally convinced at this point. I don't see anything the two do expiring or getting stale. Purdy plays a lot like Brady - not saying he is. It's just the opportunistic daggers that he's able to throw are demoralizing.

No one says Canada is a genius fire him right now and bring in Whipple that’s the guy KP wants anyway.
The schemes that Canada are used just fine bu other teams in the nfl. If we need to dumb it down for Kp we can look when you count 8 in the box throw it to GP regardless of the call. If he is covered attack the seem where Muth is or the back side slant Austin is running.

Kenny wants to work strictly out of pistol and use rpo he isn’t a fan of getting under center so lets do that the next 3 weeks against Vegas Texans and Bmore and if it isn’t working then remove Canada at the bye it wouldn’t be the 1st time they stripped a position coach of his duties mid season

Ya I don’t see anyone laughing about Purdy have Brady traits now.

They run the ball down your throat and Shanahan keeps Ds off balance with his play calling.

Purdy then dices teams up.

When he goes off track early like last night, Shanahan guides him back.

Having a great LT vs one of the worst in the league helps to.

As I’ve said over and over, why did Canada not build his offense around what KP is comfortable with?

Not just picking his favorite plays from your shitty playbook, but put in the offense he is used to running.

That’s how Lawrence’s got back on track.

Again, ego.

And Canada going away won’t make his playbook go away.

Tomlin won’t change his entire offense mid-season.

Yeah and Tomlin is the one who really wants the offense to be something out of 2002.

No, we know he’s not comfortable running a shitty ass system that three other QBs struggled with.

That’s literally all we know.

Canada better figure out how to run the ball and protect his young QB, because this is the exact kind of dysfunction we see from laughingstock orgs that perpetually ruin QBs.

Yeah and Tomlin is the one who really wants the offense to be something out of 2002.

Ya with him admitting he has a hand in this offense, it’s scary to think about the root cause not leaving with Canada.

The one thing Tomlin has never done in 17 years is take over the coordinator duties.

After only playing 3 games, Colorado has made $95 million from Deion Sanders being there. They are estimating over the 5 year contract, he will bring in over $1B.
