Seeing comments about listening to offers for the #32 pick. A dream scenario is the Lions wanting it and trade us both #48/55

Gives us
17,48,49,55

Could really load up on talent

Any guess on whos the faller or the shocking reach.

Im on the fence i can see OT Harrison being either.

I think Harrison goes around where he is rated. He is considered the best pass pro LT in the draft and he has played 3 seasons at LT at a legit program. I think he is being underrated imo. I don't think he will go above 19 and if he slides to mid 30's I think that is fine as well. Like I don't see that as being a faller. Nww if he falls out of the top 50 then that would be surprise.

But, hmm shocking reach. I'm gonna go with Dawand Jones. Someone is going to be enamored with his size and reach. IMO, he is a 3rd rounder but he will go in the late 1st.

For faller, I'm gonna say Jordan Addison falls out of the first round. And then we discuss the pros and cons of drafting him at 32. :DD And Kayshon Boutte goes undrafted.

I’ve read several pieces and many teams supposedly aren’t enamored with the WR class.

Not exactly shocking when you look at the group compared to say, last year.

A lot of scouts don’t have first round grades on any of the first four WRs…

Boutte is a great call. I think last year he was projected to be a top guy and then had a really weird year.

I hope Addison doesn’t fall. It probably wouldn’t be the best move, but I would be so disappointed if they didn’t take him at 32

I like the idea of trading pick #32 after Thursday night. This is a deep draft so a lot of teams are going to want that pick after the 1st round ends. Hopefully we get our LT in rd 1 and then can trade pick 32 and draft a CB later. seems like a deep draft for CB anyways.

I can see Dawand Jones going as a reach too. Too few OTs and he's a guy with freak traits. If he didn't have work ethic doubts he'd probably be marching into the 20s as is, I can see some team going for him there.

I'd guess the fallers would come at deep positions. CB and ED. Think you'll see a few guys at the end of the 1st who weren't meant to be there. Maybe TE too.

I can see WRs falling but there's so few of them. If I were a GM, I'd be asking my scouts and coaches "why can't Bijan Robinson be Deebo Samuel". Because if he can, and I think all the talk about his receiving ability says he can, he's this year's best WR going discounted because he's a RB.

Yea I think Dawand falls vs the opposite way. But weird things happen on Draft Day

I'm reading the Albert Breer draft rumours thing on SI - dunno how trusted he is - and he sure identifies a lot of teams interested in trading down, but not many in trading up. Makes me feel that little bit more of a believer in it happening.

Also if he's to be trusted, I think it'll be for Broderick Jones. He makes it sound like there's too many teams who won't pass on Paris Johnson, but they will on Jones.

I don't know that you can judge this scenario as that one. I wasn't enamored with that move either, but just because it didn't work then doesn't mean it wouldn't work now. Besides, we're not necessarily going to do a twofor one, maybe we just have to move down quite a bit in a later round.
If you move up in the first, it's costing you at least one high pick, possibly two.

I don't see the value with what's available. More picks in the second and third round with give the Steelers a lot of options at LB, DL, OL & CB.

A trade down on 17 to say 24-26 combined with a DJ trade would have me doing cartwheels on Thursday.

So you're preferring quantity over quality? Here's the thing, in my estimation there's a precipitous drop off after Darnell Wright. Whereas with a corner you can still Garner a good player in the second even maybe the third round. With Pickett getting two concussions in short order I think we need to accentuate the urgency in protecting him. I think Omar Khan will extract reasonable value here. I don't think we're going to get taken to the Wood Shed. I really like what we've done in the offseason thus far. So I trust he's not going to get lambasted. But if we have a chance to move up and get a good offensive tackle I think we need to do so. That doesn't mean we just throw the rest of the draft into chaos, I think we still can extract value later with a position that's deeper but a far less pressing need.

Ya that why if Addison slips to 49…. hmmm…

Breer took over for King at SI, so he’s pretty legit.

Been watching more and more mock drafts and we very well could be in a bit of a conundrum if we want one of those offensive tackles. Possibly we can make a move with the Patriots and get up to 14. Fairly sure we'd have our choice of Jones or Wright. If they want Robinson maybe they switch with us. It's only three spots and both the Jets and the Commanders are looking for offensive tackles or corners themselves. We can do 17 and 80. Obviously I'd hate to give up that pick, but to ensure we get one of the offensive tackles maybe that'd be under consideration. They have a ton of late picks I believe so maybe they'd give us back 107.

What’s with mocking us to all these first round WRs? Lol …Here’s one predicting Quentin Johnson to us…I know nothing about this site…

Nevermind Johnston, that one is *wild* with the QB movement. Either he knows something the rest of the NFL doesn't, or he's smoking something good.

Also that draft is screaming for trading up with the Packers to get an OT ahead of the Jets. Green Bay can 100% get their TE at 17.
