At this point I'm hoping Seattle reaches on Willis so maybe Pickett or Howell drops. If we're taking a QB, at least give me one who doesn't have serious accuracy issues

Unless they get a good established guy I don’t think Pickett gets past Washington at 11

I like it by Seattle, Wilson is going to be 34 in November.

Trade old assets for young assets. . .

Yeah Seattle made out like bandits on this one. Lock sucks, but I think that’s not a bad thing in their case. If I were them I wouldn’t take a QB this draft, let Lock start and basically tank next year and if their pick isn’t high enough use this new ammo to get into a spot to grab one of the top QB’s next year

I listen to them both. Madden is a heel/antagonist. Pat is the fan boy/former player. Both are entertaining but for different reasons. We probably were in between where the two say on Rodgers. More in the talks that Madden would or did say, and probably not ever really a serious buyer on him till it was shut down like Pat says. Probably some drawn out kicking of tires type of conversations.

The middle ground falls in line with Florio’s report where he said the Steelers were keeping tabs with Rodgers and not the Packers themselves. So Pat and Madden can both be correct here. But since we live in a world where we need headlines, the subtlety is lost in the effort to be right.

We are going with Rudolph and Haskins, aren’t we?
He is capable of putting up Tua numbers we made a suberbowl with odonold. A good running game o line and a much better receiving core than he had in 19 could win 10-11 games

Our defense sucks though. Weren’t we the worst rushing defense in the league?

2 of 3 starting d-line were out and then 1 of the backups. That'll hurt any team.

Steelers will draft a d-line or 0-line in the first round and everyone will lose their minds. Steeler way lol

If Mike Tomlin is as good as you claim and this team is capable of winning 10 or 11 games by upgrading the offensive line via free agency, why didn’t you want them to trade picks for a guy like Wilson or Rodgers who would catapult them to another tier?

What everyone seems to be forgetting about Rudolph is that this is the first time in how many years that the offense isn't going to be tailored to what Ben can, and mostly can't, do. Compared to Ben, Rudolph is a running QB, which will help not only the O-line but also the running game. Teams can no longer bank on the QB just sitting in the pocket.
