Last night, the new neighbors likely annoyed everyone with their fireworks.

This morning, we are likely annoying everyone by getting two dead trees and some overgrown stuff in front of our house removed.

Shoulda got one game in
I have 6.5yo iphone 6E or 6S with 16GB ram
Battery not good.

Maybe time to upgrade to a newer model with similar form factor like a iphone 13.
(??). Recommendations from anyone?

I have an iPhone 7S and a 5SE. But I upgraded last night to an 11SE with 265GB of memory. As soon as I did that, my phone shut down again and won’t reboot, so back to the 5 I go. Hopefully it comes in next week before payday, as the 5 is so old that I can no longer use my banking app on it to deposit my cheque and I really hate going to the bank

I watched the Tetris movie last night (it was alright), but I am even more convinced that a movie about Mogilny's defection would if done right would be a hit and/or oscar bait.

I can't believe no one has done this yet.

Will fix everything
Welp, I had two interviews today.

One I like but may not be qualified for.

One I am qualified for but the red flags abound. They literally told me during the 1st interview it would be a requirement to be part of a standup...every day at 9 AM India time. That's....11:30 PM EST. Yeeeeeeeeeah, that's not gonna work for me.

Hard pass lol. That kind of schedule is a non-starter

A few days ago I filtered out a list of about 1200 agents down to about 30 who actually represent kid literature. Need to further research to see who is a good fit.

In YouTube news, I'm up to 38 subs (thanks to those who are included in that number!) and next week I'll be adding 7 Days to Die on Thursdays, so I'll have new content going live almost every day of the week.

I'd gladly start my work day at 1130EST and put in my 8 hours over working 8/9-5

I'd eat it also, but then I used to make something similar with pork belly, bacon, and ham.

I would remove the pork skin to make crackling for the girls. Butterfly the belly, score the flesh then hit it with a soy and hosin mix. Then you layer the bacon, brush on some dijon mustard and then place the ham. Roll and tie, put in frying pan to get some color then bake until done. When done we'd eat on rolls, just too damn good

Wedding anniversary weekend trip: sorted. For No. 7, we're headed to the top of Seneca Lake. In the cards: cheese tasting, supper at Edgar's in the Castle, and a boat tour (off the top of my head).

I'm sure a stop at the Premium Outlets in Waterloo is also on deck.

Went there for lunch for my/our anniversary in February, the food was excellent !

We stayed at the south end though, Seneca Falls - Harbor Hotel

Sometimes I wonder how people have survived as long as they have. I had talked to my managers and they have carte blanche to advertise on fb, message boards etc. There's a guy that runs a blog, YouTube channel and photo business that goes around doing photo shoots of the girls. He let's the managers use the pics, though to be honest he posts tons of them so it would just be doubling.

Anyways, one of my rocket scientists puts this ad for a going away party on fb. Not a problem, good on him except he posts it 2 days after the event. He says he wanted to get some sexy pics from the party to fill out the banner. There must be close to 1k pics for that bar he could have chosen. My GM Gus says he'll do some special media training with the boys

I love most of Ryan Holiday's stuff. But, adding Daily Dad to my morning routine has been awesome since it came out recently.

With the thread name change....WTF was Season 2 Episode 6 of The Bear? There should be a warning before the episode begins, lol. When you watch that episode ensure you have time after to decompress. I thought I would squeeze one more episode in before bed then I couldn't fall asleep after watching the episode. In general it is loud and chaotic plus mix in the drama and tension and it was too much for my brain, lol.
