To each their own, and I'm not judging . . . but I loathe how gambling has wormed its way into the mainstream. I don't want moneylines or odds while I'm watching a game. I don't want ads for gambling everywhere I look. What's next . . . a team advertising a sportsbook on its uniform, a la soccer?

It's out of hand. Unfortunately, Pandora's Box has been cracked, and there's no stopping it. Guess I won't watch sports anymore.

I will purchase ONG's book rights unseen, but only if he cedes that the adaptation is a 30 minute sitcom with a robot butler who makes terrible puns and maybe is a bit creepy.

Shameful admission of the day:

After I placed my annual order for the new May the 4th Lego sets (as a 41 year old adult), I've realized I am out of shelf room.

Not display shelf room, I was out of that a long time ago.

I am out of storage space for the unbuilt sets I have in boxes still.

No one tell my wife, I just need to find a solution before June when the new Lego Barad-Dur set comes out.
