If we can lose in NY, then split the Washington and Buffalo home games... that puts us two games below .500 going into a death march of a schedule.

I like our odds of claiming that #5 lottery spot. If we're able to get it, even falling to #6 after the lottery gives us a solid shot at getting the third forward off the board (the remaining one of Lindstrom/Demidov). I really see three D going top 5 this year.

Panthers are @ Penguins. Pens are only a point up on Montreal, but have 4 games in hand. I expect a loss tonight by Pittsburgh, unfortunately.

Jets host SJS. Winnipeg will win that game. They'll jump Vegas, and jump from #25 draft spot to #26.

Yeah, Pens lost, 5-2. Lol

I figured they would. Montreal is one point back still & Pens are down to 3 games in hand.

Jets beat Sharks 1-0. Monahan in 3 games has no points, and is -2. Jets offense has gone south for the winter.

Down to Wild vs Coyotes, the most important game anyway.

Rough night for the tank that's for sure. These bottom feeders need to up their game :laugh::help:

What happened to the Coyotes being dominant at home? Damn.

They lose 3-1 to Wild. Minnesota jumps 3 pts up on Montreal, so that's good news. Arizona remains 2 pts back of Montreal with one game in hand.

Arizona are 4-13 since January started, they were 19-16 before January...

The players might be distracted with all the talk about the team (is it getting sold, moved, new arena when?, etc).

We definitely need to lose tonight because it's likely everyone else will. Lol

Kraken @ Bruins, a shock if Seattle even gets a point. Seattle are 2 pts up on Montreal.

Panthers @ Sabres, lol, no, don't see points here either. Buffalo is 2 pts back of Montreal.

Dallas @ Nashville: Preds are only 4 pts up. A win against Dallas is possible, but unlikely. Montreal would get within 2 pts with a win if Preds lose.

Ducks @ Senators, finally, a team that should pick up 2 pts (Sens just to be clear). A Montreal loss coupled with an Ottawa win, and Ottawa is 4 pts back with 4 games in hand.

Penguins @ Blackhawks: Pens are 3-5-2 in last 10, but seriously, Pens, if you can't get 2 pts against Chicago.... Pittsburgh is 1 point up on Montreal, but does have 3 games in hand.

No one can catch Winnipeg tonight, so I won't bother with that one. That pick is currently #26. Jets are off.

We beat Rangers 4 of last 5 times we played them.
