May all games for the rest of the season look like this one.

I'd be lying if I didn't think about adding him, but it's probably delusional to think that. Still though, picturing him next to Dach makes me feel a type of way...

Who knows. Buffalo sucks as a city and losing that pathetically just eats up at pro athletes. They would never trade him within the division though. But just thinking of Slaf and Thompson together... We would ragdoll the stupid Leafs something fierce.

If he was any good Sabres would be in the playoffs. He never seems to do anything in the Sabres games I have seen. And I don't see him using his size to advantage.

If Bergevin was here he'd refuse to trade Beck for him like how he refused to trade Poehling for ROR.

The Sabres are awful. Why did guys like ROR and Eichel quickly find success as the 1C on the cup winning teams if every Sabres player is bad? I don't know what games you're watching but it's not the same ones that I've watched.

I would trade Dach for him. I'd add Beck too. Thompson is a unique player. He was a beast last year in particular, so damn dominating.

Thompson’s not a 90 pts player but he’s not a 55-60 pts one either, he’s somewhere in between… probably 70-75 pts player, but his defensive awareness is lacking, so probably best suited for W vs C

Yes the Sabres are awful. And Cozens and Thompson are 2 of the culprits. Mittlestadt has been better than them, But what they may need is a coach. Granato should have been fired long ago. There is no excuse for their record with the talent they have. I suspect the owner is not interested in the team a the moment.

The 2 surprising results tonight: Kraken win over Boston - whooooo-hoo, and Ottawa getting trashed by Anaheim - ha.ha.ha.

Preds didn't just lose to Dallas, they got destroyed 9-2. Damn! Nashville remains 4 pts up on Montreal.

Pens beat Blackhawks, so Pittsburgh moves 3 pts up on Montreal with 3 games in hand. Yes!

Seattle's win moves them 4 pts up on Montreal.

Sabres & Sens losses means no change. Sabres still 2 pts back with a game in hand & Ottawa 6 pts back with 4 games in hand.

Tonight went pretty much as expected.

Montreal hosts the Caps Saturday night, and Washington is 2-6-2 in their last 10 games. Montreal isn't much better with a 3-6-1 record, but that makes Saturday's game a toss up, 50-50 win chance.
